    Good Points: Style.


    Bad Points: Broke down after 2 years. AEG Customer service are very poor.


    General comments: Got this AEG ARCTIS 75278 FA Frost Free, broke so easily. I tried to reason with them and asked them how they would feel when sold a Freezer that cost over £600 which broke down after 2 years and seemingly they are not prepared to do anything about it. They suggested that I contact the 3rd part insurance company. I did so and an engineer duly arrived. He explained that the cooling system had failed and the cost of the insurance would be refunded to us because it was too difficult to repair and AEG would not replace the freezer. Great!
