    Good Points: NONE


    Bad Points: KEPT FREEZING, TISCALI NEVER GOT ROUND TO SWITCHING ON ALL CHANELS, STILL CHARGING ME MONTHS AFTER THEY COLLECTED THE BOX FROM ME!


    General comments: CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE USELESS, ALWAYS HANDING OFF THE QUERY, NO-ONE TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. I JUST WANT THEM TO STOP CHARGING ME FOR SOMETHING I NO LONGER HAVE!

    Great VoD Channels & Awesome Choice of Movies
    Awesome Internet Speeds (5x my previous provider)
    No Hidden 'Max Bandwidth' so UNLIMITED means UNLIMITED (and thank god for that because I assume the TV alone racks up a good 50-100GB/Month!
    Phone service 2nd to none.
    Would recommend Tiscali to anyone.

    I thought I should come on here for Tiscali's defence. I've found it to be a great system. Having used Sky for a few years, I ended up having to find an alternative due to moving house in an enclosed area where a satellite signal couldn't be received and cable wasn't available.

    I read about Tiscali TV and BT Vision, I didn't know much about video on-demand and it didn't sound very appealing to me personally, but Tiscali offered most of the channels I watched on Sky down the phone line, so this ...

    Took three months to connect me, then charged me connection fee, which should of been wavered because of the mistake, Endless hours on the phone to the fantastic customer service!! which has a charge. Now my daughter and myself cant watch telly this evening. GREAT, bring on FEB when I can join up with SKY!!!! ouch forgot i couldn't get movies with out a code but my clever, devious seven year old worked out all she had to do, was ask TISCALI without my consent.     I would recommend Tiscali as an option which isn't really advertised as much as other providers. My Broadband speed has increased (x 4), I've not had one crash or system freeze to date. The TV service is awesome and you don't get lumbered with 100's of channels you'll never watch. The VOD service is comprehensive and keeps the whole family entertained. Along with the phone service we're saving over £50 a month on what we had before.

    Cheap, clean installation no drilling, no horrible dish planked on the side of your house, catch up service brilliant and the video on demand stuff cannot be touched by other servers. Tiscali TV is a good alternative to others and a lot cheaper

    The Tiscali TV customer service is appalling, took three weeks to get through to cancel the service, each time on hold for over 20 minutes.

    They sold this as totally wireless but the technician had to run a phone line to the TV.
