I hired a landrover discovery in January 2013. I was on the market to buy one and though I'd like to have a couple of days to test one without the dealer breathing down my neck. I called season car hire and spoke to a very polite and friendly member of staff Becky. I was offered a very good price for a 3 day hire over the weekend. I have hired numerous vehicles from different companies, never have i experienced such service on an exceptional level, this company have most cars other companies dont have which they own, so they dont have to cross-hire cars along with the price and service they provide which i found to be unbeateble, i just wish i knew about them 5 years back. Get out of Season quick or this might happen to you! I paid for a 4-day hire of a Hyundai i800 over the Easter weekend (Friday morning - Tuesday morning). The car arrived on time between 10-11am but had a completely flat tyre at the back which had not been noticed by the employee (who carries it on the back of a truck). Terrible rude and very unhelpful I woudkl touch them with a barge pole
Hire a car which was faulty the company would take no responsibility or accept that there was a problem.. Due to the on board computor saying that there was a problem with the brakes and gear box I unable to us the car during the hire period as I was concerned about it being safe.
When I returned the car the MD was very rude and denied that there was any problem and then when I checked my bill I found that they had billed me for a full tank of petrol even though I had returned the car with more petrol than I was given!
Very poor experience and certainly I would not use them ever again
