  Good Points: Quick response from customer service but without any apparent action taken

  General comments: I have ordered a product from creatinestore.co.uk, and I have never received it. I complained, they promised to send it again, a few weeks later my product still had not been received! Customer service told me that once they dispached it, it is not their responsibility any more! I am really disappointed, and I will not be shopping there again!
