    I placed an order with I Need One Of Those for a particular & specific product. The website is quite user-friendly & initial dispatch of goods was prompt. On delivery, a different item had been shipped. I e-mailed the supplier to which the reply was that it had been mis-packed and did I want a refund or replacement. I requested a replacement, also adding a comment in the reply message that I had shipped the wrong item back. That was on the 21st January 2009 and to-date(this review dated 10/02/09), despite 4 more e-mails I have neither had a new reply or received any goods yet.

    The item which was sent was not compatible with my phone. I e-mailed them many times to ask if I could send back and if an alternative could be delivered, but absolutely no response. The test of a good company is one which deals with things quickly if things go wrong - I would definitely avoid!

    The navigation on I Need One Of Those inoot.co.uk is clear and simple, prices competitive at 99p for many items, takes Paypal or credit card, and big selection to choose from. Overall I give it two thumbs up, and is now my preferred retailer for mobile phone and iPod stuff.
