    Just received a notice of change in service for the credit card. Several pages of small print. Happened to see that Victoria Secret will be charges $1 for a paper bill starting soon. I couldn't believe it. For a change of this magnitude it should NOT be buried in the small print. Very unethical.
    My wife called the Victoria Secret customer service and spoke with a manager who was rude to her. Great customer service.
    We will be calling the 800# to cancel the card. I find their decision to charge a fee for a paper bill to be greedy and the way they disclosed it to be unethical. I do not want to put any money in the pockets of a business like this. We will spend our money elsewhere.

    I could not pay Victoria's Secret Credit Card in Canada.
    What started as a $150 purchase has now cost over $300. There is no way to pay online or send a Canadian cheque so I incurred tons of late fees. Also, the bills never got to me until it was already overdue and had a late fee.
    Eventually I drove to the US to pay it off and cancel it. Once there I was told the amount of my last bill was incorrect and I actually owed $50 more.

    I love the rewards and that you can use the Victoria's Secret Credit Card at bath and body works.

    I love this card, it is so easy to pay your bill on the website. They also give a lot of credit increases!

    I took out a Victoria's Secret card two years ago on a trip to LA. My problem is that from Canada, I cannot pay my bill online - it doesn't seem to work and there's no online bill payment for WFNNB at my bank. The statements always arrive a week or more after the due date so that I start getting phone calls from the company, before I receive my statement, telling me that my payment is late. The last one left a phone number to call - but the number doesn't take me anywhere - it doesn't work from ...

    The Victoria's Secret Credit Card is a great credit card that acts like a rewards program. You have the ability to monitor your card at vsangelcard.com, and have the ability to sign up there for estatements, thus saving paper. As stated earlier, you can pay of your balance, or make payments in store with cash or check at any time. Customer service can be called and at any time during business hours, a real person can be reached. They've alway been very helpful and courteous to me.
