    Fastcar operate through rodavente at Funchal airport. Todate I have hired 3 times and all elements / service / personnel have been very good. I would like a better choice of car in the economy range. I will be booking again with Fastcar in the near future provided they remain competitive as at this present time.

    Our Flight from Gatwick was delayed so we were 3 hours late at the collection point. No one was there to meet us....the phone number on the paperwork was not in service. The car hire's Admin centre was closed as it was out of office hours. As this was our first (and last) time booking with Fastcar i had contacted the company supplying the car (Iberent) directly and they had provided a completly different contact phone number which did not appear anywhere on fastcars paperwork.

    Fabulous service and very good car condition. All went well although service was a little slow due to only one person on the desk but I couldn't fault that person as they had a hard job to do keeping everyone happy.

    I had booked and prepaid on-line and expected that all charges had been taken care of. I arrived to be told I was expected to pay $1000 in insurance by the hire company. I told them this was included and they showed me the invoice which showed that it wasn't. I worked under the assumption that insurance was taken care off by fastcarhire as the amount on the invoice was way below what I had paid. This was confusing and not explained when I prepaid.

    Car was awaiting us at airport and paperwork was quick and easy. Problem with battery during hire was quickly sorted and resolved. Aircon worked well and was needed. Return was simple and without hassle. Thanks Thai Rent-a-car

    The Toyota Hilux Vigo was excellent for Thailand road conditions. With 25.000 km on the clock, the car was almost new. Using the services of Fastcarhire made sure I had the lowest price possible. Only 'problem' was that the price for hiring the GPS was higher as predicted.
    This was the second time I used Fastcarhire and I will surely return.

    The booking process was easy. We paid the deposit and paid the rest on collection. Disconcerting to find that we were charged 300 euros deposit and had to have it refunded at the end of hire - other companies do not do this. usually they take credit card details bt do not activate the payment.
    We arrive d 2 hours late and the vehicle provided ( a Kia) was much smaller than other 5/7 seaters we have had in the past. Fortunately we were not touring and had to cuddle our luggage only on the journ ...

    I have no complaints with the hire company, they were waiting for us as we came out of the airport, they were very helpful, and to make things better their office was in Kusadasi were we have our House, there was a little problem on returning the car but all it took was one phone call and it was sorted out, i think it might have been my fault that one bout all in all no problems

    STAY AWAY.

    The Hire company in Turkey was fine. Cars a little old but Cheap to Hire. I booked 2 cars, both the same but it got very confusing after Fast car had my money.

    DO NOT USE. they do not reply to your emails or phone calls, i left over 30 emails and 21 phone calls asking them to contact me as there emails they sent in relation to the booking contradicted eachother.     The booking process was simple.
    We were provided with an upgrade as vehicle requested was not ready.
    The check in/check out service was good and the National/Citer office was close by to Arrivals.
    Altogether a hassle free service with no problems.

    Very easy to book. Left deposit and paid balance on arival. we were upgraded to a bigger car no extra expense. Car brand new, sat nav, blue tooth for phone included. Girl spoke english and very pleasant.

    Easy return.

    would def use again and recommend.

    WE WERE PLEASED THAT AURIGA DID NOT MAKE US TAKE OUT AN EXTRA INSURANCE TO COVER DAMAGE TO BODYWORK.MOST CARS IN SPAIN ARE SCRATCHED AND WE WERE PLEASED THE PAINTWORK ON CAR WAS ALREADY SCRATCHED WHEN WE HIRED IT.OBVIOUSLY WE LOOKED AFTER IT AND DELIVERED IT BACK WITHOUT ANY EXTRA SCRATCHES .THERE WAS NO FUSS ABOUT CHECKING CAR WHEN IT WAS RETURNED.WE DO HOPE HOWEVER THAT THE CARS ARE SERVICED AT REGULAR INTERVALS BETWEEN RENTALS AS WE WERE LIVING IN A VILLAGE ON TOP OF A MOUNTAIN!!!I WOULD HAVE ...

    I was pleased with the way we were greeted by the representative when we arrived at Dalaman airport, he was friendly and helpful and dealt with the paperwork etc quickly and efficiently, allowing us to get on our way promptly. He also gave clear information about what to do when returning the car.

    The car was exactly what we ordered and was clean and well presented and the representative made sure I fully understood the controls etc before letting me drive off.

    This was the first time I have hired abroad, and the first time I have merely been handed the keys to a hire car with no instruction - normally not required but would have been helpful here. The car itself was fine, some prior damage, but noted on the forms and didn't bother me at all.

    Iberent - Met at the airport, car delivered outside arrivals. The car was 2 months old with only 4000kms on the clock. On return, Iberent rep was waiting outside departures, and the handover took minutes. No need to drive to some remote location and catch a bus like with other car hire companies.
    The car was great value for money and beat the cheapest Easyjet quote by almost 100%. Will definatly use them again. The process for Fast Car Hire is also very reliable and cuts out the hassle of endles ...

    Shuttle bus driver was typical surly both away and return, girls in hire centre lovely.
    Excellent value for money and all dents and scratches where all ready marked on the form, had no probs on return.

    I was amazed at the low cost through FastCarHire and a little concerned that everything was as it seemed.

    Although the cofirmation took a day to arrive everything worked out perfectly.

    It was a good experience,the car was nice and clean.I would tell friend that the product and service was good,but I was surpriced that the staff of Maggiore asked for a deposit of 1200 euros.I never had to pay a deposit with other companies in the past.I would be more happy if Iknew in advance.
