At first the codes I received did not work. I was disappointed that there is no support on a weekend so that is a major flaw in the company. However, I was upgraded to a better service at no extra cost where on of the codes did, eventually work.

Customer Support were great and helpful without ever needing to ring them or being stuck on hold. Their live chat feature is great and means you don't have to wait on an email reply.

I would, however have liked to know that there was an extra cost on top of the advertised £14.99 due to the Blackberry Bold being more difficult to unlock on the homepage.

I tried the phone unlockers for the first time as my friend guided me. They are awesome. They helped me unlock the phone in minutes time. I was worried that i have to ship my phone but they made it easy by sending the code to my email address along with the instructions. The instructions were so simple and easy to follow. Thank you phone unlockers. I honestly recommend to this service to all.

Hey everyone.....I had a excellent experience with thephoneunlockers.com they have unlocked my Sony Ericsson which i was unable to unlock with any other service providers. The Phone Unlockers were very helpful and very much professional in their attitude. Within a few minutes they helped me out to unlock my Blackberry mobile. I will recommend this service to all my friends if they do have a unlocking issue. I was creating a mess trying to unlock the phone myself. Thank God. A basket full of Chocolates on their way...You people are great!

I contacted The Phone Unlockers just after receiving my unlock code. They gave me a marvelous service and I unlocked my phone very easily by following the steps that they provided. I will definitely recommend my friends to use them. They were very very polite and professional.

Originally The Phone Unlockers said they could do it in 3 minutes. Then they said their average for my phone was 6 hours. Then when i tracked it, it said it would be 8 hours. 36 hours later it still says 8 hours and customer service are not responding to my emails.

If this goes on for another 24 hours I am reporting them to trading standards.

Having already tried Unlock City, who couldn't get the code & still owe me a refund, I was wary to pay the phone unlockers the £34.60 to unlock my Nokia 5800, but the codes arrived in 15 hours, were clearly explained & worked straight away without a hitch.
It might have been cheaper to go to the market, but I know a lot of the newer, fancier phones are v difficult to unlock, so it was nice to do it without having to leave the house :-)

After paying for the codes from The Phone Unlockers required to unlock my phone, they sent only one code (network lock) when a second (SP lock) was needed. I continually emailed customer support for the second code, and they kept telling to "be patient" and wait for them to figure out the second code. Their website promises codes delivered within 24 hours. One whole month later, I still have not received the second code and decided I could not wait anymore. After reading these reviews and already being ripped off by 3 other companies claiming to provide unlock codes, i was a bit unsure whether to place an order with the phone unlockers. Anyway i used the live chat and i was guaranteed my code would be with me within 6 hrs so i took the plunge and placed the order costing me 18 quid. It took about 16 hrs to get the code through and when i did i was a bit puzzled as my phone was showing 'Not Yet Personalised', which i believe means the phone is alre ...

I really appreciate the people behind thephoneunlockers .com.I tried many unlocking services to unlock my Motorola Razar2 V30, they were unable to provide the unlock code.....and wasted my money and time.One of my friend's guided me to thephoneunlockers.com and I got the result.I would personally recommend thephoneunlockers.com to others who wish to unlock their phones with out any hassle.

As a consumer looking for peace of mind...Phone Unlockers was a great service.. I am very pleased.. Unlocked my BBerry successfully.. actually even better.. had the instructions mailed to me and I read them out to my wife on the phone and she successfully unlocked it with limited knowledge of the phone functions...

After reading the comments here I was very tempted to not use The Phone Unlockers to unlock my blackberry 8820. I decided in the end to bite the bullet and have a go and was surprised to see that it worked fine for me. It took more like 10 mins rather than the 3 it had stated, but thats just being picky - most sites state a very long turn around time. Once through my code worked fine.

the instructions were not the best I had found, but luckily have unlocked these Blackberry 8820's before so ...

thephoneunlockers.com, they'd done an excellent job unlocking my Motorola A1000 communicator within 30 minutes of order placement. I'd been skeptical about such services by reading materials on the internet but these guys changed it all. I recommend thephoneunlockers.com to those who wish to unlock their phones.

Brilliant service at The Phone Unlockers!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I was paying heavily for my calls during my travel as my phone was locked to my home network. I even planned on getting another phone when my buddy guided me to thephoneunlockers.com,within 5minutes my phone was ready to use any network.
