“NIKON EN-EL14 BATTERY”

Ordered this battery. Arrived in good time but that is all. After charging it would not work in my D3100. I ordered the EN-EL14 and now they are telling me that I ordered the wrong battery and expect me to pay another shipping charge to return it and get another battery. That is not going to happen. They can keep my money and rest assured anyone I know will know never to buy from them (read more)

I purchased a battery and charger for my Dell laptop. I was NOT informed that the battery would be larger than the slot on the laptop and in fact protruded from the back of the laptop. On complaining a refund and collection was undertaken this did work out ok. Unfortunately the charger unit has turned out to be a very poor replacement not long after the battery went back I discovered the cable had broken at the plug being desperate to use my laptop and having the equipment to PAT test I... i was a little surprised when i first saw those comments..because my shopping experience with Espow was not that bad. I ordered a replacement battery for my dell inspiron 6000 laptop, the battery arrived in 3 days and also worked properly...
Those who have any problems with the service or products maybe can try the "contact us" tab located on the websites.

This company is crazy. The positive reviews have got to be from Espow themselves (as they are known to post fakely on any forum they can. Just Google) No invoice, no shipping #, no tracking #...no phones answered...Why not just get a freaking battery from a normal business? Apparently they have a hundred sites that all go back to Espow, so before you order, make triple sure you are NOT ordering from one of those. (read more)

This company may be a scam. I've just lost £30 for a replacement battery for my NX10 camera ordered last month, you cannot communicate with them. My fault for not checking I suppose, but they appeared to be a UK company. I would have better off buying the branded item off a reputable company. Don't make my mistake! David (read more)

Very sneaky this company is:
They have many websites, all with different prices and the same contact number, but it is the same company! You can catch many more fish with more nets.
I also noticed (too late) a "International Transaction Fee of $2.50 which they fail to mention beforehand and this money goes directly to the international bankers, the same ones that control the planet with their fiat currencies and have crashed the world economy and destroyed the USA...

Purchased a replacement Laptop Battery. Had to replace 3 times due to total failure. Replaced on warantee shipping at my own expense. Difficult to communicate, as they are responding from China.
Last time the bat died, after 4 months of very mild use, I was told warantee is 1 yr from original purchase...20 days ago...even after being on the 4th unit. If that warantee was good from 1st delivery, I would have a new battery now.

espow.co.uk have been awful to deal with.
They sent me a faulty battery, they expect ME the customer to pay for return postage which is against the law. I have now requested a refund as I want to take my business eslewhere. Instead of a refund I received a replacment battery. They have acepted this is their error and you guest it, i have to personally pay for the return of this item. They still have not refuned me. By law I should not have to wait until they receive this item before I get...

After hearing a lot about the awful service that this company has given I was scared to order from them. However, my experience was not at all negative in anyway.
I'm gonna say that I live in Canada though and I believe that your location does effect the quality of service. From what I have read and seen Canada and USA are good locations to order from this site but the UK isn't.
I asked for my AC Adapter to arrive in 2-3 days and it came on the third day. It is shorter and feels cheaper...

bought a laptop charger for my dell inspiron laptop and got the charger within 5 days of ordering it and was very pleased at first but then 4 days after using it the charger stopped working and kept on knocking my electricity from the mains. tried to get in touch with the company and they are not responding had to get another charger from dell wish i had just done that the first time, completely useless company which sells fake products made in china and hong kong wouldnt recomend it to... absolute waste of time dealing with this company, did not provide a tracking number, did not respond to any of several website contact queries, no answer at customer service phone number, did not reply to message left at customer service voice mail. Still no delivery and no tracking, - will never touch these guys again. Lesson learned here. (read more)

Shocking Service!! do not order from this company - they take your money and then ship the goods from Hong Kong or somewhere outside the UK which takes weeks and weeks! you cant ring them as they state they are busy but no-one mans the lines! Excellent customer service!!!
I ordered a brand new battery from Espow International Limited
. But when I received my order, the box was not sealed.
The customer service people at Espow were ready to send me an exchange or refund the full amount.
The battery seems to be working fine and I didn't want to go though the hassle of returning it and waiting for the exchange. So I decided to keep the one I got.

Espow ISO9002 are not based in the UK although they have a several supposed UK outlets with UK telephone numbers.
I saw at least 10 companies with the same UK telephone number and nobody answers it.
If you search for laptop batteries via a search engine, you will see several companies with different names that all lead back to one company.
Poor service, were unable to supply goods and were out of stock, but still took my money.
Very poor and I would stay away.
