I bought a pc from Chillblast a long time ago and was impressed with the service and the incredible price. Seven years later I've finally got round to upgrading. After trying as lot of sites I ended up with Chillblast again. They weren't the cheapest necessarily this time around but this time they didn't disappoint. Despite quite specific requirements they were able to meet my needs and offer a discount that made them the most competitive. The major plus point though was the quality of service throughout. From initial sales, through to delivery and after-sales support, the company offer a very personable experience. To top it all the build-quality is excellent. I'm really struggling this time to come up with any negatives which is a first for me. They even delivered ahead of schedule and when the sales person hoped they would. The best pc manufactures around as far as I'm concerned, and I can be quite tricky to please!

I have just purchased the above laptop from chillblast after extensive research and many emails between myself and an advisor. When it came to buying the laptop I spoke to another person in the Chillblast offices'. This is just a pre-sale review. Sales rep was very helpful and always happy to answer my questions. On purchase, he was equally civil and very pleasant to talk to. So it's 5 stars, so far. I ordered a Fusion Firebird from them, decided to upgrade it to give them best opportunity to achieve a stable 4.6 GHz I3770K overclock. I went for the Fractal Design R4 case (so it would be quiet), a Noctua NH-D14 Ultimate CPU cooler, not worth cheaping out on this component. To ensure the Noctua Cooler worked well I went for the cheapest 3 extra case fans 120mm fans), because air coolers need good movement of air in the case. The PC was dispatched from them pretty much within their quoted timescales. Sadly they actually paid extra themselves to give me a no cost Saturday delivery, but the snowy conditions meant that it ended up arriving on Monday anyway. I was worried that the Noctua cooler being heavy would move in transit, but they added some internal Instapack shaped foam to ensure it didn't move. I had to open it up to remove this, whilst doing so I also noticed that the PC had enhanced cable management.....all of this I didn't pay for, it was gratis. Sure I bought an expensive PC, but they certainly looked after me. Everything worked perfectly straight out of the box, I've more than The 3 extra cheap case fans I ordered weren't the ones I got, Chillblast put in 3 Fractal design 140mm high quality fans. They also correctly connected those to the Fractal case fan controller exactly as I asked....and, you guessed it, they didn't charge me any extra for this either (high quality fans for the price of cheap ones). I had a Dell XPS before and though that was reasonable quality...the Chilblast completely blows it away in the quality stakes....it's quality quality quality all the way. The other thing that isn't clear on their site, unless you know your onions is that the standard Asus Motherboard actually comes with built in hi speed WiFi and a little magnetic aerial. Thanks Chillblast for a great system, my only comment to those thinking of buying a system is, upgrade the important stuff, like the case and cooling.

I purchased a Fusion Neutron with some upgrades. I had been reading that the company may have gone out of business. Well they have not and the PC I received has been working fine for the past two months. I opted for upgrades on the cooling for the processor a blu-ray player and a different PSU . All had been fitted as asked. The AOC monitor works well and the graphics are very good. I had a Samsung 19

I'd been looking for a UK made computer with good after sales, and after reading a few reviews on different computer suppliers, decided to buy one from Chillblast. The computer magazine reviews on their machines were enough to convince me that I'd get what I was looking for.
What I wanted was something powerful with excellent capacity as I use an image management programme all the time and often an editing programme at the same time: with a database of around 40,000 images, some in RAW format it can be a fair load for the average computer - on my old Dimension 4GB I always knew when my AV was scanning or updating, and when back up was running.
After looking through the many options on the Chillblast site, it was obvious that the Fusion Photo III was just what I wanted: 12GB and a spec that offered plenty of speed, power and space.
Their computers offer variations possible to meet specific needs, so I ordered mine by phone - everything was explained, options discussed and the spec adjusted according to my needs, and by the time the order was placed, I was happy that I'd be getting what I wanted.

I had a couple of subsequent queries, and these were answered either by phone or email quickly and efficiently.
The computer duly arrived well packed & on time and with a few slightly upgraded parts (these being part of a general spec update).

The computer has proved to be every bit as good as I'd hoped for. I have had a couple of queries in the two months since, mostly because it has a newer OS & components to those that I was used to, and again, response and help has been fast, friendly, knowledgeable and altogether first class.

A relative had offered to build me a computer initially, but when he priced all the same components it proved not to be worth the effort!

I cannot comment on the collect/repair warranty because I haven't had need of it, and hope I never do - but I suspect it's every bit as good as the Chillblast sales and after sales service.

Thus far, it has been a pleasure to buy a computer from this company and I'm extremely pleased with the machine.
