Bad Points: However, the downside of all these features is that the UI and interface is complex and clunky at times. It'll take some to get used to all the features.
General comments: Excellent desktop client and instant messaging among internal and external users. Comprehensive business logic and work flow and top notch issues and help desk tracking. If you want project management and help desk features, this has nearly everything you need.
Once you get around the complexities of the IBN, it's a great overall product. After some initial training and hands-on use, it has become our virtual daily bread around the office.

100 % web-based, optional desktop client for alerts/secure messaging/file sharing, supports multiple email addresses with automatic notifications to all support staff, knowledge base with full-text search.
Server editions are good, but people looking for low initial investment, the On-Demand Service is a good option.
