We disembarked our ship at 6:30am in Civitavecchia and our driver was waiting for us at the exit. Had an uneventful (which is good) trip to Fiumicino airport and arrived well in time for our flight. The price was the lowest we could find on the internet. Paul communicated via e-mail with us and we had no problems. Would definitely recommend this company.

The representatives were on time, neatly dressed and most courteous. They willingly assisted older passengers getting in and out of the vans. The vans are new and clean and comfortable. Our experience was in Rome, both at the port of Civitavecchia to our hotel and from the hotel to the airport.

Outstanding, very professional service. All three trips were exactly on-time; drivers were courteous, handled all luggage and most importantly, delivered us to our hotels and cruise port safely and on-time. The administrative handling of our requests through email was thorough, complete and very friendly. We would certainly recommend this company to friends and family.

We used Zelit Limousine for a round trip transfer from central Rome to Civitavecchia port. The price compared to other services was very reasonable. Communication with the company via email was effective and they made sure we agreed on the times and dates. The drivers were early to pick us, wore suits, and the cars were clean.

We used the service from Rome hotel to DaVinci airport 10/18/2009. The service was EXCELLENT. The driver arrived on time, was friendly, helped with the luggage, the vehicle was clean, and we were taken promptly to the correct terminal. This was a great ending to our trip and I highly recommend it! A great value.

Our recent trip to Rome was made so much easier with Zelit limosine.Confirmation by email was so easy,the prices were very good,the drivers we had were great,they helped with all our luggage,they were very prompt and very friendly they were there for all our pickups on time.We will definatly use this service again if we return to Rome,and will recommend to anyone we know going there.Made our first trip to Rome very pleasant.

I used Zelit Limousine for a cruise in Rome. The service was prompt and the drivers were courteous. None of our drivers spoke English but this did not turn out to be an issue. I highly recommend this service. Unlike many other services you only pay after you use the service.

Our Zelit Limousine driver, met us with courtesy and immediately stowed our luggage in this clean, comfortable Mercedes SUV. The drive to the port was without incident and he knew just exactly where to drop us off at the ship. Upon our return to FCO, he was at the ship with our name sign as we disembarked at 7AM. We arrived at FCO without incident and met our plane with time to spare.

The service provided by Zelit Limousine guys is A1+, there was excellent communications via email beforehand. We were met at the airport with the driver waiting for us and he was friendly and helped with the bags at the airport and at the hotel and on the return there was a different driver who was also very helpful and also loaded and unloaded our bags and wished us a safe trip home. Excellent communication by email, then phone call in the morning to reconfirm pick up time. Nice clean car, friendly driver, and swift transfer to the port. Good value at '140 for all 4 of us! Zelit Limousine highly recommended

Zelit is the best. I used them for transfers to and from the airport as well as to and from the port for a cruise. They were prompt, courteous, friendly, and couldn't do enough to please. Their prices beat all. When I return to Italy there's no question that I'll call Zelit.

On 4 September 2009 I was among a family group of seven with luggage, a wheelchair, an electric mobility scooter ( which was taken apart) and a push along walking aid. We were collected by Zelit Limousine Service from Fiumicino Arport and taken to our hotel in Rome. We returned to the Airport on Thursday 10 September 2009.
On both occasions the vehicles were there ahead of the booked time.
The vehicles were very comfortable and roomy despite the "big load".

We used Zelit Limousine on August 8,2009. The driver picked us up very promptly at our cruise ship in Civ. loading all our luggage in a nice clean, roomy vehicle. He drove us into Rome and took us on a three hour tour, making sure that we saw as many sights as time permitted. Then he took us to catch our flight at Fumicino Airport. The driver was a great driver, very courteous, and in spite of the fact that he didn't speak English, he communicated very well.

Zelit Limousine served us three times in two weeks:

Rome airport to Rome hotel, hotel to cruise ship, and cruise ship to Rome airport. The drivers were on-time, friendly, courteous, and good drivers.
The limousines were clean and in good order.

I recommend Zelit to our travel agent and look forward to their service in the future.

We used Zelit to get from the port into Rome and back when on a Royal Caribbean cruise. They were very prompt, picking us up at both locations exactly when promised. The drivers were kind and helpful. We had no problem at all getting back to the ship on time. I would recommend Zelit wholeheartedly, and definitely use them again when in Rome.

Our 2 drivers, who were both wonderful. They were friendly, polite and on time on our pick up from the airport, hotel and port. They helped us with our luggage and even did not let us put them in the trunk. They explained about the places we passed by while driving. They were very professional. and amazing. One of our drivers was very funny and we learned a few Italian words with him.

The taxi was waiting at the airport for us when we were dropped off. The driver loaded all of the cases into the taxi. He was very polite and cortious. The taxi showed up early to take us back to the airport. It was the same driver and again loaded our cases into the taxi and again was very polite and cortious. The taxi was in excellent condition inside and out.

Rome, Zelit Limousine provide an absolutely brilliant service. Good communication, excellent value, lovely drivers. On our return journey the roads aorund central Rome were shut but it was difficult for the company to find out which ones. However, they kept in contact and were able to let us know where they could pick us up which was not far from the hotel (which they could not reach).
