    Good Points: Fast confirmation


    Bad Points: No show


    General comments: After confirming my return from hotel to airport, Paris Shuttle canceled at the last minute and left me with $100 taxi bill. If they don't have a full bus, they won't bother to pick you up.

    We would like to congratulate Parishuttle on the superb service which we received upon arriving at Charles de Gaulle airport and leaving the airport. The shuttle cars were both clean and modern and the drivers were couteous and informative. There was no difficulty in finding the toll-free telephones and informing Parishuttle of our arrival. Similarly, having phoned 48 hours in advance to confirm our departure, the shuttle service arrived on the dot of when we were told that the car would arrive ...

    really rude customer service from Paris Shuttle - booked on internet 72 euros for return trip - didnt receive confimation - had to eventually ring this evening going to paris tomorrow got somebody very rude who couldnt wait to get me of the phone only to be told i would have to pay another 28 euros as the quote i got wasnt enough to cover journey i agreed as they have me over a barrel dont want to turn up at airport with allready 70 euros out of pocket and then have to pay same amount or more ag ...

    Have not received a phone call from Paris Shuttle even though they had our number. When they didn't turn up we called and they just told us to make our own way to airport which cost us £200. Have tried calling since we came home they haven't answered my calls or e-mails as yet.

    Did as we were told, waited where we were told, had to call 3 times - and yes we had been in the right place the whole time - when he turned up driver didn't offer to help load bags (we were 2 women one 60yrs old) - everyone else on shuttle had same story - the driver was NOT where he said he was. Took 2 hours to get from airport to hotel (Bastille Nation). Only bad experience in Paris of poor or rude service - Paris was an incredibly friendly city that we adored!! I get the feeling this servi ...

    I would like to recount my horrible experience with Parishuttle. I had two confirmed bookings as follows:

    1. On the 20th July 2008 from Orly to a hotel near Gare du Nord;
    2. On the 24th July 2008 from a hotel near Gare du Nord to Orly.

    First trip - as instructed, on arriving at the airport I called the freephone number and was told that the driver that was supposed to pick me up had a problem with his van and that I had to take a taxi.

    Second trip - I confirmed my booking two days in advance ...

    Due to a prebooked and confirmed return transfer at Orly Airport Paris (May 2008), we called Paris Shuttle and confirmed arrival as advised before luggage claim.
    Parishuttle then told us that we had to wait for at least 2 hours for our prebooked transfer to our hotel. This was of course not satisfactory, and after a long discussion where no other reliable option was offered, we decided to take an ordinary taxi.
    The company's representative then guaranteed a refund of EUR 38 for one way transfer. ...
