    We used Air Link New York on August 20th 2009 to get from our hotel on the upper east side to JFK Airport. It took almost 1 and a half hours to reach the airport and this was for a pickup time of 4:00 a.m. The driver was on time. He had two other pickups at mid town hotels. What we were not told is that his first stop was LA GUADIA AIRPORT??? AND THEN WE WERE DROPPED OFF AT JFK. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AND NOT WORTH THE COST.

    would not recommend Air Link New York or take it myself. I've booked two trips and the driver made me wait in the street for 45 minutes for the first one, then I had to take a taxi!!! the second one from the airport..they just didn't show up..so I took another taxi. I asked for a refund...they said ok...but it took 3 phone calls and 2 weeks to get the confirmation for that! they kept saying we did get the request but the refund was not issued we dont know why!!! I'm still waiting for it!!

    Terrible Service. I had a reservation which they did not honor. They were One and a half hours LATE despite many phone calls. I would NEVER use this shuttle again.

    I chose Airlink because I read that they were highly rated as the best shuttle service from JFK to Manhattan. I was very badly disillusioned. From the first stop the van made when the driver realized he had overbooked and made do with seating the extra passenger on an improvised seat, to the wild ride through Queens with the driver bragging about getting a ticket the week before, to the attempted drop-off at the wrong hotel, I became more and more deeply aware that if this was the "rated #1 shut ...
