    I Have Just Returned From Malaga After Ten Nights The Return Trip Was OK But The Arrival Transfer Was Booked For 12:00 But The Driver Did Not Apear Untill 1:10 I Pointed Out That It Was Booked For 12:00 But All He Did Was To Shrug His Sholders And Walk Off Towards The Minibus. The Local Rep For Thomsons Was In The Arrivals Hall And he Rang The Agents For Me As I Had Made Three Calls One To Shuttledirect And Two To The Local Agent When He Did Turn Up I Would Not Have Recognised Him As He Did not ...

    Arranged transfer from Newark Airport with Shuttle direct.No computers were working and the majority of thestaff were unfriendly with little regard for customers.We waited over 1 hour for a taxi,then ended up in a mini bus with a stunt driver.
    The whole experience was unpleasant,and will use the normal bus or taxi service when next in New York.

    Would not use again, drivers very polite but no clue as to where they were going on both trips also nearly 1 hour late on pick up very disorganised. They insist you phone the day before to re confirm and then make a mess of it.

    I have used Shuttle Direct for 3 years now, each time we go on holiday or escape to a city, and have only had good experiences. Driver has been always there waiting for us both at airport and from the hotel and the price fair. I have only tried once the shared ride, but you have to wait for other passengers and I guess it depends on your budget, but I prefer to get going without waiting. No problem with the shared ride, just not my cup of tea.

    After being picked up from the airport in the executive minibus I thought I had picked a good service, unfortunately the pickup back to the airport was very disappointing. Our hotel contacted the local supplier Bluebird and they assured us that a fax had been received from Shuttle direct to confirm the flight change therefore the early pick up. We arrived at the wrong terminal as was not informed there were 2 and the driver spoke no English so we had to jump in another taxi to get to the corre ...

    Apparently came one hour early but no contact made despite putting mobile number on booking form. Had to pay 25 euros for taxi to airport. Shuttledirect ignored my complaint made via their email form for a refund.

    Never again. We tried it twice as thought the first time may be just a blip, but it wasn't, it was hopeless both times.

    Overall, the service was efficient which made getting to and from the airport easy and stress-free. On return trip, driver arrived 10 mins early which was good. Got us to the airport in good time.
