    Terrible !!!! Avoid it !
    Kept waiting on shuttle bus at New York JFK airport for 45 minutes before journey to the Hotel.
    Return shuttle did not pick us up at all. Local emergency number said we weren't at the pick-up. Had to get taxi to the airport at own expense.
    I would have read these reviewes before !

    picked coach up at alicante airport waited 5 minutes then departed to Benidorm no problems, hotel to airport coach on time, this time got picked up by mini bus no problems at all,twice this year we have used this company and i will use them again next year.

    we picked our transfer coach at palma airport , there were only 6 couples on a coach and there was only 2 drop offs. 24 hours before we were due to be picked up to come home we reconfirmed our pick up time. The coach was on time,we had no problems at all.Would use Holiday taxis.com again really good service

    Kept waiting on shuttle bus at Ibiza airport for over 1 hour before journey to resort.
    Return shuttle did not turn up at all. Local emergency number very rude & said we weren't at the pick-up. Had to get taxi to airport at own expense.
    Holiday Taxis have refunded this, but it turns out local taxi is cheaper anyway and a lot less stressful! Do your homework before you book, I wish I had! A very stressful end to the holiday.
    Used previously August 2008 and the service was faultless, but it seems ...

    Service? What service? Booked a return transfer which did not turn up. Portuguese 24 hour emergency number - phone was switched off. UK emergency number - office closed. A Disgrace! A complete rip off! How dare Holidaytaxis think they can get away with a complete non-service time and time again? One star given because no option to give less.

    Showed up in Corfu. Holidaytaxis did not even have a record of my booking. Waited 1.5 hours until they sorted it out.

    On the way back,they were 40 minutes late. The driver was aggressive, argumentative and said "I don't be late."

    It's an annoying lottery. You need to pay up for a taxi if you want to make sure you catch your flight.

    Holiday taxis is a terrible service - avoid it !!

    From other reviews it seems that this trick of not collecting you and then claiming you were not there happens quite often so if you unfortunate to use them be prepared to jump into a local taxi and pay extra to get you home.

    Terrible !!!

    We booked a private transfer for Mallorca with Holiday Taxis.

    On arrival it was very difficult to locate the driver and on return they failed to pick us up. We had to take a local taxi one hour later at extra cost.

    I complained and their customer service took 3 weeks to tell me that I was a liar and had not been waiting in the reception area !!!

    Disaster !!
    Booked a private transfer for Mallorca with Holidaytaxis.com. Never again ! On arrival it was difficult to locate the driver and on return they didn't pick us up leaving us an hour delayed. We had to use a local taxi or miss the flight. Shouldnt even be 1 star.

    Disgusting service and would not recommend to anyone!!!Did not turn up for return journey, I called the holiday taxis emergency helpline several times only to be told it was on its way. Was also told it was at a nearby hotel and there was a problem with another passenger, this turned out to be a pack of lies as the coach was empty apart from my partner and I.The only reason we made our flight was because it was delayed!

    Yes,what can I say, dire company.Be careful booking online holidays as the booking agent may well use these for your transfer without you knowing,ASK,I wish we had.
    .You may be lucky and have them turn up for the return leg.We wont take that chance again as it cost us more money in the end sorting alternative transport.Very annoyed with holiday taxis.

    Looks like its all been said, Holidaytaxis.com, must have to compete with competition in price and this is the lowest end of the budget and in our case didnt turn up for return either. It ended up a more expensive route as we had to get a cab and havent got our money back......Total waste of money and no service.

    Was going to write a big article but see its already been said by others,holidaytaxis didnt show for the return and had to book a taxi at extra cost.They are saying driver attended and we werent there,bad choice never again with holidaytaxis.com

    Holidaytaxis.com never showed up on the departure journey , phoned a couple of times and they said it was on its way , then they phoned and said it had broken down , 'good excuse'

    Oh my god someone else same experience. Return transfer failed to arrive but swore they did and waited.We had to go by taxi and still trying to claim back 25euro taxi fare from holiday taxis after emergency contact said get a taxi with receipt and claim it back.Now in UK its a different story.They just say driver waited and had to leave.Me my girlfriend and baby were at the pick up point 10mins before alloted collection time as requested.

    Holiday taxi's have totally undone any kind of relaxation that we got from our holiday and I wish we had never used them. They have ruined our holiday experience by dragging out the situation and have left us feeling upset and stressed rather than refreshed and relaxed which was aim of our holiday. Never again.

    Oh where to start. At the airport, they made us wait more than an hour inside the coach (not shuttle) bus. As the bus slowly filled up, people were getting angrier, it was hot and stuffy. We got going eventually and an "estimated 1 hour transfer" took 2 hours because the coach was making its way through tiny winding roads where it shouldn't have been, not to mention a gazillion stops. Following up with their customer service, I discovered it was manned by someone that does not actually read what ...

    Holidaytaxis.com have efficient, friendly, punctual services.
    I was so impressed by their helpfulness, when arrived at Barcelona airport on 22nd July 2008, delayed at customs and missed schedule. The rep was kind and arranged for our transfer, it saved so much distress and money, a taxi to our hotel would have cost £l30. Can not thank the service enough.

    Smart driver waiting in arrivals hall with a sign with our name - quickly left the airport and arrived hassle-free at our hotel. Used Holiday Taxis in Malaga to take the stress out of arranging our own transfer- very easy service to use - would definitely recommend!

    Would definitely not recommend or use again.
    Arriving at the Airport the pick up Taxi was waiting,
    However it was overcrowded and not enough room for luggage.
    So full that the boot was held down with string!
    Booked a return Taxi transfer for my 19 Year Old daughter from Ayia Napa to Larnaca Airport. The return Taxi never arrived. Last minute she had to call for a private Taxi to the Airport at her own expense. Emergency number contacted to no avail!
