    Good Points: Good design, fits the Zune quite well.


    Bad Points: The leather has a fold or bulge in it near the fastener. The fastener doesn't close square. The transparent cover doesn't lie flat. The leather isn't cut evenly.


    General comments: I live in the United Kingdom and I purchased the Incipio Zune 80 Caramel Leather Case from Incipio in america because there are no cases available for the Zune 80 in the U.K. When the case arrived I was disappointed to find that the leather had a fold in it near the fastener which quite spoilt the appearance of the case. This in addition to the other items mentioned. I emailed Incipio sending them a picture of the fault. They emailed me back saying that it was quite normal for leather to fold in this way. This being so I searched their web site looking for cases with folds in them but was not surprised when I didn't find any. Incipio also said I could return the case for a replacement knowing full well that shipping costs from the U.K. would prohibit that and there was no quarantee that they wouldn't send me another reject.
