We had goos service. They picked us up from the airport in our car and drove us to their office just around the road. On our hire we had an issue with a tyre - we got a punchure. They were really good to deal with and were dealt with the garage - even though it was our fault they willingly assisted us to get us away again. When we came back the woman mentioned it straight away and put us at ease. Really good service and friendly. The car was very late model and was nice to drive. Very happy with EuroCar Rental and will be back.

Just want to say thank you for all the staff at Euro Car Rental for their excellent service. They have a good range of very late model cars at quite acceptable prices.

Eurorentals use an agent in Auckland and they only had a Suburu Forester not the Suburu Legacy we had ordered. As it was peak time we had no other option. On return of the car to Christchurch office the car was checked over by their representative and was all in order. After leaving the car we received an email the next day claiming there was a large dent to the front wing. This was not the case and was not caused by ourselves,they were unable to provide photographs or an estimate of the damage ...

Rather lovely car and a beautiful country! This holiday was really wonderful. The vehicle went well and service was pleasant. We thought it was above expectations and all very good.

Good recommendations as VW Cabriolet was very nice - had 6 disc cd and all the mods - girlfriend loved it and made our holiday!!! Good price too. Next time will try a luxury car if available or a 4WD if I come in the ski season!

We enyoyed our car and they staff sorted out our travel plans. We have to say that we think the staff at Euro are excellent! Very happy to assist and the car was really great! Low ks and really good! Cheers everyone and many thanks for everything!!!!!

We contracted to rent a "late model Audi A3" but were provided a battered, old high mileage VW Golf. The brakes and suspension were poor and in my opinion the car was not road-worthy. Rude, incompetent service. This company does not deserve your business.

I would recommend Euro Car Rental (and Affinity). Thought they were helpful. I was late for my flight so they got down to it and were efficient with the paperwork. They took me back to the airport - right up to the front door. Car (VW Beetle) was good too.

Vehicle was fantastic. When I was in the office I could see the cars in the yard and was surprised to see they were all very new models. We had a forester Nissan Murano and was very pleased with it. We recommend Euro car rental and will be back again.

I will rent from Euro car rental next time I am in Christchurch. I thought they were really good. They have a friendly atmoshphere and give really good advice on what to do in the area.
I was very happy with the Audi A3 - good luggage space and was economical. The price was about what a Toyota Corolla was with the big car companies.

Really excellent value for money! I rented a Subaru Forester 4WD in Christchurch and was very pleased with it. We will be back (maybe next year ski season). We found Euro Car to offer good service and excellent value for money. They were also much cheaper than the other major companies.

I would recommend Euro Car Rental NZ Ltd to anyone who is travelling in New Zealand. The representative went over the maps with us and showed us the places to go to. Really grateful for their time and the car was excellent!

The staff try their best to keep customers happy, but management are what holds this company back. If you book a specific car, you most likely will not get it. ( read all of the fine print on the web site) www.eurocarrenal.co.nz. The vehicles advertised on the website are not new models especially the luxury vehicle range.
