I ordered a necklace for our daughter-in-law for Mother's Day. It was promised for delivery. It is now May 20th - no delivery. And no response from Customer Service -- 4 emails and phone calls. No response. Completely unacceptable. And extremely disappointing. No professionalism - very frustrating. This company ruined a gift for a special day. Do not order from this company!!!! (read more)

They are lying to you when they say the order should arrive shortly. I was told my necklace was shipped via their confirmation e-mail and still have yet to receive it 17 days later. After contacting the USPS with the tracking number provided, I was told the package was awaiting to be processed in ISRAEL!!!! In Israel. Nothing against Israel. But, my neckalce was shipped on the 4th but it is still in Israel on the 21st. You guys are terrible. You ruined my wife's Christmas present. (read more)

Today is 12/21/12 and still not received it! After several emails asking for my shipment they kept insisting that it was not far away. 30 days later I filed a dispute with Paypal for a refund, they responded back asking me to withdraw the dispute and they will send another necklace out with express delivery (usually $10 charge), to which I agreed and closed my case through Paypal. Sorry to hear about your experience! Did you receive your necklace within 20 days? If s, then you knew it would take around 3 weeks! Also, silver does dull due to handling and touching the body and you should be able to get it to shine again with a soft dry cloth or by polishing it. I have been a customer of wow-imports and have been very pleased.

The shipping for the package is international, but the time frame mentioned on our website includes the production and shipping time.
