I just got the necklace in the mail today and I'm in love with it and can't wait to wear it tomorrow to work! I was a little skeptical about the material but it is gorgeous and I absolutely love it! I recommend MyNameNecklace to everyone! And...of course if I decide I want some more, I will definitely be back !

excellent service, the quality of the necklace and the rapid speed in which it arrived was great. Never before have I encounter such professionality as in mynamenecklace.co.uk. I am extremely pleased with the necklace which will be a gift for my daughter ' s birthday tomorrow and I didn ' t imagine that your service would be so fast, in fact I had resigned myself to a late present. I was disappointed with delivery of the product. I ordered a necklace on Dec 9 and paid the extra money ($30) to have the order expedited (guaranteed delivery within 12 days). It is now January 4 and I still haven't received the necklace yet. I have not received any response to my multiple phone messages. The responses to my emails simply say they are sorry and thank me for my patience (what patience??) while they figure out what's wrong.

I ordered an initial pendant with chain. I waited over 21 days (they did not tell me that the items were coming from Israel) and received only the pendant NOT the chain I had also paid for. A call to them found me talking to an answering machine. I also emailed them and am waiting for a response.

I experienced a poor customer service response. Items are shipped from Israel where I presume they must buy very cheaply. Wait to receive product was over 21 days.

Bought two gold plated necklaces for my daughters. and i highly recommend this website. the necklaces makes a great personal gift for all occasions. Excellent customer service, fast shipping and most important the necklace is BEAUTIFUL!
