Good Points: Can't comment as don't remember making these calls. However, in the past it has always been our preferred provider but no longer.
Bad Points: Is this cost justifiable?
General comments: We have just received our telephone bill from Pipex - two BT directory enquiry costs between 11.10.12 and 11.11.54 - total cost 16.503 pounds!

BT Directory Enquiries is quick and easy to access. However, was the listing in the local directory is omitted and four others from a city 40 miles away listed? Despite that, it usualy provides useful and accurate information- Read Guest's review (37 words)
