I was unsure when I placed my order because of previous reviews but have to say how happy I was to have found this company! We are a family of five who love summer camping and are always on the lookout for new products. Through comparing the prices of the products we wanted (mainly 'outwell') we found aktive8 to have the lowest prices by far, free delivery with no minimum spend (a rarity), easy payment (with many payment options) and super quick delivery! (I placed two separate orders just to be sure and was equally as pleased with both) Best service you could ask for. I will be using them again-just wish there was more products. :)

I always search for info about a company before purchasing, and was disappointed to find so many unfavourable ones for Aktive8.

However they had the item I wanted at such a good price I decided to risk it. First purchase went fine (after problems with their website not liking my browser which they fixed as soon as I let them know)and my rucksack arrived next day.

More recently I ordered another item which proved to be faulty on arrival. I raised a ticket and (after a bit of a delay, probably my own fault for selecting 'low priority') a new item was dispatched and arrived within 24hrs, without me even having to return the faulty goods.

As long as they have the stuff I want at a great price I'm happy to buy from them. So far their service has been excellent.

Goods ordered and confirmation received. Next Day Delivery paid for.

Before using Aktiv8, I came to this website to research them as I had never heard of them. I have to say, some of the unhappy customers did put me off a little, however with Aktiv8 having what I wanted in stock at such a good price I decided to take the risk.

I ordered at 13:30 Monday, and It arrived 11:10 Tuesday. Product is exactly what I wanted (correct colour and size too) and customer service was superb.

Cant fault it at all and I would recommend Aktiv8 to everyone. Those customers who were unhappy with their purchase and experience - all I can say it must have been just bad luck.

Ordered from here cos cheapest on net & free delivery got it the next day superb service yes the are some bad writeups but I thought Id take the plunge they emailed me when posted as asked for simple website to use accept PayPal so no card details over the net no worries good all round.

I think most places inc insurance always get bad feedback but very little good which is why when googled it seems like a bad place to buy from I'll certainty be back if all company's where that bad they'd not be in business full stop so please don't have any worries about this company it's fine in my book.

I ordered a camping cafetiere from Active8. When it arrived, the spout was broken. I did then panic because I realised that there was no phone number anywhere to be found. So I fired off an email explaining that I really needed the cafetiere replaced quickly as we were going away that weekend. They replied promptly and sent out a new one immediately with a return label for the old one. That meant we did have it in time for our weekend and could enjoy our coffee. I am very happy and can recommend the company!

Great product (Outwell Goya Camping Chair), great price, great communications, great delivery – what more can one ask for? So good in fact, submitted repeat order just to make sure of consistency of supply – did NOT fail the test. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others and use again myself. Can't comment on Customer Service, as their input was not necessary.

I was wary of using this company as had seen some negative on line reviews - however the price was considerably cheaper here and with free delivery option so I took a risk!

The item was delivered very quickly, 2 working days.

I had needed to contact customer services twice prior to ordering (once to double check item was in stock and for assistance with setting up my account - due to me making an error!) Both emails were answered within 12 hours and they were very helpful.

Really pleased with my order - would definitely use again and have no hesitation reccommending to others.

After searching through ebay, gumtree etc for an inflatable canoe came across aktive8 and decided to buy a new canoe. Asked a few questions prior to purchase - all quickly answered. Ordered very easy, shipped to Spain all good and on time. Canoe as descibed packaged well and no problem. Had a couple of small issues all dealt with quickly, efficiently and well. No hesitation in recommending.

I was really hesitant after reading some of the other reviews on here, but the product was £10 cheaper than the next nearest competitor, however I ordered anyway as I decided it was worth the risk.

Item was ordered on Sat at 12.40pm, and I have just taken delivery of it on Tuesday morning at 10.15am

I feel that this is very good considering:

A: The opening hours on aktiv8's website inform you that they are closed on weekends!

B: The delivery was free, and as such asks for you to allow a few extra days

The only "negative" is that I would have liked to have got an email to confirm item had shipped (as per amazon/play etc)
