I bought my wok in COSCO. I used to clean by steel roll in several times; I find the surface is scraxhed. Based on manufacture video, Wool cookwares are tested by scraching lab, and nothing happens. In fact, it is not true;I just use steel ball clean lightly for several times. The surface is damaged. I feel disappointed. (read more)

After paying nearly £100 for EACH pan (induction line) I discover after just over a year the non-stick coating in both pans started to deteriorate in different ways. VERY long story short, I have spoken verbally to both the UK seller from who I bought the pans and Woll Germany. Both seemed helpful in the beginning but after sending at least 4 emails to each of them I have had not one reply. No matter what the tone of the email I sent, I got nothing what-so-ever back. Sp the "skinny"... (read more)

This cookware is amazing. It really is the best non stick pan i have used. I love the detachable handle, it is so easy to put the cookware in the oven. The non stick surface actually stays non stick too (i've had mine for 3years and i use it every single day for every meal.) I love that i can turn the heat up to max without damaging the pan, and it cooks my steak just perfectly. I was even told that I can use metal inside of the pan too. If you are thinking about buying this cookware but you... (read more)

I bought my pan in NZ from a home show and have not once regretted the decision. It is by far the best pan I've used, and trust me when I say I've bought them all. The surface is far more stronger than any of my other pans and never has cleaning been so easy, you really can wipe it clean. It does everything I was promised it would and I'll never cook with anything else again. (read more)

We have owned a Woll frying pan for at least 3 years. It was bought at Ideal Home show. It is by far the best purchase we have ever made in terms of cooking equipment, it has truly been a revelation. Cleaning is so simple and mostly needs just cleaning with warm soapy water and kitchen roll. Cooking is pure joy !!!!!! (read more)

I bought my Nowo Frypan 5 years ago and was told that I could use metal utensils as you could not scratch away the titanium surface. I was told this is because the surface goes all the way through the frypan, if you scratch the surface, it's simply more non stick titanium underneath. Now I'm starting to see bits of silver appearing beneath the non stick surface - my frypan which was supposed to last forever has lasted 5 years. The non stick didn't last long at all which was a bit... (read more)

I was just told by Woll that the marks in my pot were made by a wisk - which is not true - so so much for their claim that you can use metal utensils. This pot was used for BOILING vegetables - so obviously high heat inside the pan doesn't agree with the surface either.
they will not take responsibility for this. This pot is barely 1 yr old, and not used very often.

I have owned the logic fry pan for 4 years and have 4 other Woll products. I experienced what many others have - great for 6-12 months then started to stick. I called the store and he asked me to scrape my nail across the surface - a residue had built up and this causes the sticking. He told me to get dishwasher powder and a scourer and scrub it and scrub it until clean. I do this about every 3 months and the pan is still good. The surface doesn't look as even as it did but the salesman... (read more)

I purchased a Woll frypan in March 2011. Within a few months the non-stick surface was useless even though we were very careful and followed instructions. I brought the pan to a rep at another home show who kindly replaced it for me in Dec. 2011. Within 4 months of having this new pan, the non-stick surface was peeling away! I called the company today who told me the guarantee was not going to be honoured because I had used it improperly and all she would do was offer me an alternate... (read more)

Now this is a hard review for me to write and my first one ever. Woll products are extremely good although I know of a friend who had a problem with one of their pans. Proven Products, the UK supplier are quite frankly shocking. Yes, the lifetime guarantee is great if they really mean it. It is surprising how difficult it is to get a replacement if the item proves to be faulty. My friend contacted Germany and Woll intervened. Proven Products finally replied and sorted out the... Just this weekend purchased two woll pans from the ideal home show at a cost of £150, after arriving home we found that no knob for the lid was present and after reading the small print we find that there is no lifetime guarantee as promised by the salesman at the show, they certainly talk a good name but after reading the small print and the other reviews certainly regret the purchase, avoid like the plague ! I think it is best to comment on how good the pan actually works on the cooker rather than worry about a missing knob or a lifetime guarantee. Nothing can be guaranteed for life and and anyone with common sense should realise this. We have used a WOL pan for years and in comparison to other coated pans there is no comparison. This pan has proved to be brilliant I am sure by now they have rpelace the missing knob for free.

Bought pan for £75 at Grand Designs Live 2 years ago. Demonstration was fab and told us about the lifetime guarantee. Over the last 6 months it has started to stick and has got progressively worse. Contacted the company via it's website to activate the guarantee but no response. Contacted again and still no response. Tried the phone number and got cut off. This company has no customer service - DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. They are great products for a couple of years but then degrade the... (read more)

After a lifetime of buying cheap cooking pots that lasted no time at all, we decided to invest in decent cooking pots. I saw the Woll range demonstrated at the Good Food show at the NEC and the pans looked indestructable and we were told they would last a lifetime, so we bought the large frying pan with lid. However, after a few months, the non-stick surface was damaged. We didn't use metal cooking implements or scratch the surface with spoons etc, the surface of the pan became rough and... (read more)

Please do not believe Woll when they claim a lifetime guarantee on their products; they is no gaurantee. When I return a pan recently I was told by their Customer Service department that "I had used olive oil" and that had caused the pan to stick. Also I was told that the non-stick coating was not covered by the lifetime guarantee. Can you believe that they market a pan that should not be used with olive oil. My advice would be to avoid all Woll products, I would not touch one with a barge pole. (read more)

Interesting because I have purchased 2 frying pans and both have become unusable. I use olive oila lot and was not aware that this caused the problem. It should be more apparent on their instructions

Hmm this sounds loke a bogus review to me. I have three piece of woll cookware (one that was given to me by mu grandmother)I love each piece. I am italian and only cook with olive oil in my pans. When I purchase my most recent pan at costco...the warranty card tjey gave me actually lists the different temperatures to use oils with ie butter should be issd at a lower temperture than what vegetable oils canbe used at. Love my pans!

I also find tht strange.
I love my Woll. Its the only pots and pans that i would ever buy.
I use olive oil on my pans for taste all the time and i have never had a problem.

I also find this to be a bogus and very unfair review!!!! I started purchasing my Woll pans from the Good Food Show in Birmingham 6 years ago, I now have 5 of them as I love them so much. About 9 months ago my oldest and most used pan started to stick ever so slightly in the centre, so I phoned Wolls UK agents who sold me the pan in the first place, and they explained that using Olive oil at high temperatures will cause carbon on any pan, not just Woll pans, I googled this and found it to be fact. They e-mailed me a leaflet on how to clean the carbon off the pan,(a very simple process), which I did, and my pan is now all cleaned up and carbon free and is now fully functioning as a non-stick pan again. They also recommended that if I wish to use Olive oil for flavouring, that I purchase Olive oil specifically for frying, which I found for sale in both Sainsburys and Tescos. I would just like to say that I have always recieved 5* treatment from Woll, and I am very happy with the way that they dealt with the problem with my pan, so happy in fact, that when I returned to the BBC Good Food show this year, I purchased another pan to add to my collection.

I wasn't able to post this as question, hence trying the "review" section.
I was looking at cookware, I understand that enameled cast iron is good as slow cooking dutch ovens but not sure as fry pan / skillet as cast iron is heavy (and may not heat up as fast). A friend of mine suggested that i look at titanium pans made in Germany, I learned that Woll is the best manufacturer and I like the design of its Logic line. Based on the mixed reviews below I am confused as it's supposed to be...

Woll pans are great but you do have to clean the residue off of them if you want to "blow your omelet" off the pan like the demonstrator does. I do use oil, etc. While mine are no longer slick non sticks they are still non stick for the most part.
These pans take a long time to heat up but also hold their heat extremely well. I have a Viking professional gas range so plenty of heat. I can fry potatoes in them but need to cool the pan down for 10 minutes in order to cook eggs.
These pans are heavy as are the enameled cast iron. Both are excellent at holding heat steady.
Love the removable handle - great for storage.

I own Woll cookware and continue to add to my set whenever I can afford it. It is expensive but, well worth every penny. I have read the reviews of some people who have experienced sticking over prolonged use. This may be a result of a slight burn building up in the bottom of the pan. The burn can be removed by boiling water with dish soap and letting it simmer until most of the water is gone. (stay with it on the stove) Once this is done, rewash the pan with soapy water and re-season the... (read more)

I think that either you work for the company or you have the non-arm length relation ship with it. What you say is exactly the same the lady from customer service told me. I bought my logic frying pan as my birthday present 10 months ago.
I admit it's not as non-stick as it was then, but it still is brilliant.
Maintaining the condition is so easy. I only use wooden or plastic utensils to stir vegies and rice and such. Only thing that sticks so far is middle grain rice (the sticky one).
Most of the time, all I have to do is to pour some hot water to lift food residue, tip the water out, then let the sponge slide to get rid of whatever stuck on the surface and...

I found this review very helpful because..I Also bought a wall frying pan which cost me £98 at a gamefair in england, like theirs it was fantastic at first then started sticking, next time i saw them being sold,i asked them what to do with it,they told me to boil biological.washing powder in it,it worked for a while but now the non stick base is flaking off.when i bought it i was told that it would never scratch flake or stick, as it was not a nonstick coating but went right through the pan.

Had four pans given to me by my husband and his family for big birthday and they are all wonderful, never use metal kitchen tools in them, only wood and heat proof spatula.
Lid shattered in AGA but was replaced instantly by company that sold them to my husband.
Look after them and they will serve you well.
Having tried my father in laws a few times I knew that it is best to heat the pan before adding food, this helps seal the food and cook it more evenly.

I just bought a second hand Woll Titanium Fry Pan from my neighbor in Garage Sale a month ago. I shocked when she asked me $40 CAD for 8" size 5 year old fry pan. She said this even worth more. She said the price for new is more than $200. I accepted it and now I see it's unbelievable. It had no scratch on it and it ' s absolutely non-stick. I love it. Now I believe that I bought it cheap. I will buy some other pieces as soon as saving some money.
Thanks to Woll Germany for the great...

I would not bought this frying pan either if I knew its coating didn't last for one year. I bought my Woll Fryfpan a year and a half ago at Costco. Because I cook three hot dishes a day, I carefully followed the instruction to use and maintain it. After six months of use, its coating started to peel off. Other than coating, I don't have anything to complain. Even though it is heavy to lift, but it doesn't slip on my glass top range. I thought it could last three years for the money I paid, but it didn't. I would not invest in this type of frying pan again.
