Good Points: None.
Bad Points: Had to queue at desk on arrival, didn't find the desk to be clearly labelled, two other companies using the same desk, the longest queue was with air auto, and only one member of staff on desk, although helpful. Upon returning the car nobody available in car park, telephoned the office and then a seemingly very aggressive and angry female member of staff greeted us, shouting and screaming due to the fact that we returned the car 45 minutes earlier than expected. Thought it was disgraceful, the worst customer service we have ever experienced.

A week's car hire was booked via Atlas Choice in the UK. The vehicle was fine and I was told the child car seats were pre-installed. I paid for these locally, before getting to the car. On finding the car, there were two seats instead of three and they were the wrong sort. One was booster seat for older children and the other had badly fixed straps. The desk had closed and I had to arrange to rent 3 seats from another company (at 11pm at night). Terrible customer service!
