Good Points: Good sales knowledge and understanding on what I wanted to do.
Home visit was not a problem and no obligation quotation - felt under no pressure.
Quality products, explained where spending a bit more would provide better results.
Friendly, knowledgable.
Experienced people looking after me.
Unbelivable wide range of products and fabrics.
Offered alternatives.
Prompt staff and clean and professional installation.
Left the place incredibly tidy and considerate to my home.

Bad Points: Not really a bad point - but price may not be the cheapest but it obvious that you are paying for quality, experience, and competence. If you can afford to spend a bit more for a far better product then you found the company you want to deal with. The website looks a bit outdated (as May 08) but don't be fooled.

General comments: Recommended by a friend, wanted an outside patio awning and blinds for my new conservatory, been searching around the internet and came across them and there website and gave them a call. They advised on all the possible problems and issues and where spending a bit more would be worth while and provided satisfaction. the people I spoke to where happy to spend the time discussing what I wanted and advising on points to consider.

Because I was asking for multiple jobs they happily quoted me a package deal which made them even better value than normal.

From more I have found out about the company and the more people have seen the workmanship that you will find a lot of Bradrail customers and all of them happy with the work, the product.

How happy do you have to be after spending money!

Well worth the extra couple of teas and coffee to get the job done right, first time.
