Good Points: Highly flexible, great for Smoking as well as standard BBQ fare. Can use moat to steam in beer or wine (or water if you really have to:-)No flare-ups as the fat runs off to the moat and not on to the heat source :-)Griddle and woks available as is a roasting rack Compact and easy to store / transport.

Bad Points: Cooking area is not huge but that is common for portable barbeques. I use two side by side to overcome this and it works for me cooking for 8. It also gives more flexibilityno spit

General comments: This Cobb Premier BBQ Oven is a barbeque for those who don't like blocks of inedible charcoal which used to be Burgers. Using the compressed charcoal brickets (woolworths online do these they are called heat beads) you can slow roast a leg of lamb for 3 hours whilst you fill the air with mouthwatering flavours... Alternatively smoke 8 chicken thighs over hickory chips with olive oil, salt and pepper on the roasting rack for an hour and you will devour a sensational meal. It is, in my opinion, about the best BBQ for camping and caravaning
