Good Points: helpful, understanding, customer service, very clean and easy website to use, staff.

Bad Points: none that I know of yet.

General comments: After visiting this company recently i was unusualy happy when i left as I was suprised at what I recieved from them. Firstly I had already purchased my car hire from a different car hire company to Geneva on a business trip as I wanted to use a company that was 'tried and trusted' if you know what I mean, however I wanted to get some information regarding my trip to Geneva such as directions, weather etc, however the rental company I had actualy purchased my rental from wouldn't actualy help me with this simple request!!! typical I guess really.
So whilst I searched for information on Geneva I came across this company Expresscarentals, so I thought why not see if they would be able to provide me in the any info, I visited them online and used their live chat thing they have to talk to them and told them I already had my rental with someone else, and yet despite knowing this after I had told them they still readily helped my in finding the directions I needed and also even pointed out the weather to me whilst I was there, pretty good I thought, Well I just thought i'd write my experience with them here as I can't seem to find out much about them on the net, I'm thinking they're maybe a new company or intransition at the moment, however with service like this I can't see it being too long before they become more popular in time who knows.

My first time having booked with Expresscarentals and I have to say it was presently pleasing. The booking process was simple, the price affordable, and the website very easy to navigate around.
Although we did a long search in search engines and only came across the Expresscarentals website by chance really, I am certainly glad we found it.
