Me and my family went on Historic Scotland tour recently. Hotel , bus, driver and Tour guide were very good and cooperative. The itiniary was not very hectic. Third day's restaurant where we had our dinner, was clean, food was tasty. Suggestion - instead of going to Lake district, an overnight stay in Edinburgh was preferable. That way maximum points of Scotland could have been covered.

Package name : Majestic Europe . Coach trip 6.5.2023 to 19.5.2023 Hi , I am customer of star tour travels, UK. We , family of four traveled in Majestic Europe Package (13 nights 14 days) on 5. 6.2023 . We enjoyed the trip very much. Meeting people from different part of the world and developing a new friendship is an awesome experience. I would like to share some of my views or suggestions regarding the tour. Tour co ordinater: Special thanks to the co ordinater , multitalented and cool headed man. He kept on engaging us by singing, joking and sharing his life experiences . Pros First on the positive note , sharing some pros. The stay and food provided was good. They took immense effort to provide us the indian meals for dinner and lunch. Cons: As per itinerary we are supposed to be picked up by the coach which starts from London in the afternoon ( L , D). Due to some operational issues the ferry got delayed. Though the delays are not under control, we were not informed neither by the startours nor by the company Xplore travels, India through which we booked our trip. Not knowing the reason we were standing at the pickup points from 2 o clock onwards. Finally the coach arrived at 5.30 pm. If we were well informed about the delay we would have spent our time in exploring the city instead of simply wasting our time at the pick up point. As we were clueless and no communication from the co ordinater we missed our lunch and not compensated by the company though the delay was by them. Though we carried our luggages exactly prescribed as per the star tours norms ( infact 3 luggage are smaller than the prescribed size) the moment the driver saw the luggage his expression was not welcoming. Atlast boarded the bus and started our tour. *The coach is below average. No leg rooms and not advisable for 14 days long road travels. Have heard from fellow travellers that the same star tours provide good coach for the London coach trip . On day 2 of the tour, we realized the air-conditioning was not working and informed the same to the driver and Co ordinater. The driver replied rudly that it's not a car to cool down immediately . Next day after many passengers made the same complaint he checked and admitted the problem. After four days it got repaired . The coach had inbuilt WC. Though we all used the washrooms when we were at the break points and at the sight seeing points , we were not allowed to use WC in the coach not even in emergency situations. It was under lock for the last three days and denied for the use. Many women are above 50 years and faced the inhuman attitude.The company should review this issue, as it is not an pleasant experience. Views on additional trips provided by the company: The company provides additional trips by paying and enrolling on the spot. They are 1. Zurich city tour , 5 Erous Not worth opting it 2. Ice flyer at at Mount Titlis 17 erous Had a very good experirnce and enjoyed a lot 3 . Rome night tour, 20 erous Waste of money and time. We went for this after a tiring day and very much disappointed. Forget about the lights at buildings , no lights on the streets of the city. Suggestions Visiting the Fragonard perfume museum can be avoided as there is nothing to view except the marketing agenda. That time can be utilized for shopping.

I had been to Holland , Belgium trip. Over all every thing is nice. The hotels trip itenery is well organised. food and accommodation is good. In the first day since all are gathered if lunch is provided it will be better I feel. Looking forward for another trip Thanks

Great trip with a good driver, clean coach, and knowledgeable guide. Dinner was provided at Bhojan group of restaurants which is not good. At least three people had issues with the food provided during the trip. Perhaps, Star tours shall consider providing better quality food in the future. Will definitely go with Star tours but if required I'll eat outside.

We went on 10 days wonders of Europe. Really feel for the coach captain as he had to load and unload hundreds of bags and suitcases every morning and evening.What began as regular coach trip soon turned into a fun ride and the 10 days seemed too short.We made some lasting friends during the course and managed some very memorable moments that will be cherished for long. The tour is well designed covering all major landmarks across Switzerland,Germany,France and italy with italy being the highlight.There are ample road stops every 3 hrs or so for the washroom breaks .Belgium is also touched but it’s just some photo stop in town centre.Florence is unexpectedly beautiful. Good to have Indian vegetarian food being served on most days in Europe except continental twice of which turned out to be a disaster in Sanremo as the food finished even before we managed to get a plate.But the time after at Sanremo more than made up for it.Sitting by the Sea front in moonlight was an experience . Nice ,Cannes and SanRemo have wonderful beaches and should be mentioned on the itinerary or told on tour for the next day activities so people could plan on clothing to take a dip in blue waters.That felt missing. Wish we had more time at Pisa as well but also understand the tight schedule the coaches have to operate on in Europe . Monaco is just good to see the richy riches rides but that’s about it,you can see those in UK too ,think more time should be allotted to beach in Nice walk de angles where people could have spent more time than casinos in Monaco. The hotels were all very nice for the price we pay especially would like to mention best western property in Thoiry France on last night. The whole trip is well worth nevertheless and was a dream come true,hope it never ended.Suggestion is to also provide this experience directly from India so we can plan on sending parents and relatives on this tour,am sure star tours would be exploring the avenues in SE Asia. I took the following trip : Tour : 06 Days - Best of Europe with Disney Departure Date : 04/08/2018 The trip was well planned and smooth. The hotels were excellent and are 3-4 stars usually. The Travelling coach provided was very comfortable, Clean and well maintained. The Coach Driver was quite skilled. A special mention for our Tour Manager(Yesha) as she was very courteous and Helpful. She also went out of her way to try to accommodate extra View Points/Photo Points that weren't part of the Original Itinerary. There Packages are usually worth the money paid as We would definitely end up paying more if we planned a similar tour on our own. Improvements if Possible : The Time Provided at Key Locations such as Mt. Titlis and Eiffel Tower should be more. Also better planning and Management required on part of Star Tours if the tourist loses their way while roaming at a location.

its well plan,managed and executed. All items on itnary are covered. Hotesl and resturants are good. I took wonder of europe 10days tours. I think 4 days in Italy are too much because most of the places we covered in Italybased on on Roman Catholic. True fact is that 98% ON Indian know very little about thier history. Instead 4 days Italy they can add either 2 different country or add 2 days in Swisszerland and France. Tour Manager RK is very effeicent and knowledgeble person. He used the his experience and Desi Buddhi like early start to beat heat and crowd really make difference in finishing places in timely manner.

Wow ! An excellent tour, Quality assured and covered all the areas as discribed. Food and Hotel quality was excellent. It was wonderful experience with Star tours.Bus couch was ok.Food was great.Tour guide gave all important information in Hindi/English.Tour guide was friendly and involved all passengers in games.Hotels was also good n hygienic. Time given by tour guide for particular spot was enough.Though trip itself is of 5 days,there are many places to visit so you have to be quick and punctual.I would definitely recommend this tour.This tour gave me memories for lifetime.

Just experienced 12 days of Europe .. Tour manager was good .. excellent time keeping and organising events and smooth check in and our driver is the best Coach driver we have ridden with on tours a lot is covered in short time .. could have been better if do less sight seeing and having half day to relax It’s extremeky hectic and tiring . It would have been nicer if done 3 or 4 sight seeing spot with more time than to do 5 to 6 spots and less time Food .. good however more variety in Indian food and more choices of vegetarian but not Indian food would be better too eg Italian or Mexican , bombay street food . Overall .. great experience as the crowd made the tour great

We went on a European Panoramic trip which was for 5 days covering Belgium, Germany, Swiss and France. Our Tour Manager and the coach captain were excellent. Both were patient and accommodative. We loved the friendly environment of the fellow passengers. The food was well organized and the hotels were good as well. I would recommend to any one specially the parents who visit their children in Europe. Lovely team and lovely organization. We had many lifetime memories to cherish.

We recently went on the trip 'Treasures of Europe' with a group from Bury St Edmunds and it was a 'once in a lifetime experience' going on this trip. The arrangements,accommodation, itinerary,food and friendliness of the tour manager and guides were impeccable and we were pleased to explore these many places within the short span of 9 days. We also liked the way our tour manager explained the various important points of interest during the bus journey. It has increased my curiosity to know more about the places we visited and would highly recommend this trip to anyone wanting to explore Europe. In this trip we not only visited Belgium, Germany, France, Italy and Switzerland but also had a comfort break stopover in Luxembourg and a similar one near the French Alps in the Swiss border which gave us plenty of photo opportunities in these two places. History, geography and social studies have been three major subjects which has impacted my life since my middle school days and this trip has made me want to go back and trace some of the history of these beautiful places. The scenic beauty and the picturesque locales of Europe has really mesmerised us all who went on this trip and this was only possible due to the bus journey which helped us click over 30000 pictures. The hassle free border crossings across these countries and the numerous lengthy tunnels(a genius work of human excellence) which we crossed during this trip has been phenomenal. Overall a good trip to remember for us.

We had a blissful holiday when we went on the Panoramic Europe tour with Nima Gohil as our tour manager and John as our driver. These two are a professional team. They both were very nice and approachable. Nima was a good manager and was excellent at organizing the tour. She was punctual and entertaining which made the trip even better. He was a superb driver and was very punctual. He made sure we always reached our destinations on time. This was our third trip with Star Tours and we really enjoyed it. We look forward to our next trip with Star Tours.

I have opted for 6 days Europe tour without Disney in July2018 from star tours. Overall feedback is good for the arrangements that have been made by star tours on hotels and Indian origin food. The most disappointment part is the seat booking. Never choose the last row seats. Otherwise you will end up in seating just next to toilet. I felt quite disappointed after knowing that my seats are just next to toilet. I advice all of you to enquire thoroughly before making the bookings. Get confirmation from the customer support team that you are not going to seat next to toilet. and then make payment. If they deny front row seats, better you cancel your plan and ask for another date to avoid your suffering. Tour manager some how could manage in convincing people not to use the bus toilet. Every body have cooperated well and use to pay for outside toilet and use them. Seats near toilet stinks a lot when just one person have used for one time. Hence avoid last row seat bookings.

Tour overall was good. First day lunch in Belgium was mediocre and food didn't taste good Couple of lunches in Paris at Bhojan was good but using reusing previous days veg curry was not a good idea. Both days chicken curry was not properly cooked and chicken was not fresh. StarTours must concentrate on food served by hotels as it gives down rating for such a well organised tour. Tour manager was simply the best and the driver was very efficient friendly and safe. I would check before booking my next tour if food issues have been addressed and I would like go with the same tour manager. Thanks

Hii I ,my wife & 2 friends went to treasers of Europe tour from 7-15 July 2018. It was first time Europe visit for all of us. At the beginning of tour was really nice. Specially we thoroughly enjoy in Mt Titlis in Switzerland. Italy wad bit hot weather specially when we had to walk for 2 hours.it was quite challenging day. Most remarkable places are, Black Forest Rhine falls Mt. Titlis Leaning tower Gondola ride Cruise site scene Some weak points are, 1. We are planing to shopping in Switzerland & Italy but guide instructions not clear and timing is too tight. We thought that we would go to shopping centre and buy our desired item but we missed it . Specially I was plaining to by genuine lather shoes in Italy & my wife wanted to buy chocolate in Switzerland. 2. Missing shopping: We are planning to shopping in Switzerland and Italy but missed it due to lack of information. Specially my wife wanted to by chocolate in Switzerland and i personally wanted to buy genuine lather shoes. 3. Missing Eiffel tower: We missed the Eiffel tower due to Paris national day.It was Paris calendar yearly program. Star tour should know and must be notify its customer while booking. We are really disappointed. 4. Worst hotel No wifi: We have very worst hotel and no wifi on before last day.Many people were complained on reception regarding room facilities , i heard and i did too. Its not good and should not do this way.It may damaged the star tour reputation. Be careful. In overall: This is a fantastic tour and we thoroughly enjoyed very much. Travel manger is reliable, knowledgeable with good command and control the group. Driver JJ also experience driver very hard work and long drive some time.Food is all great and tasty. Suggestion: 1. Tour manager should frequently ask to tourists They might have any question or inquiry ? This would be better. 2. Driver should not driver that much long hours . It is not safe so recommended to have 2 drivers. I and on behalf of my wife and friends thank you so much Star tour. Regards

We had been in European Explorer package that started on 30/Jun/2018 to 08/Jul/2018. On the whole my family liked the experience. Tour manager and driver were awesome. Package covers most visited sight seeing places. Italy was highlighted more. I wish we could go inside the Colosseum for at least 20-30mins. Even in the night tour we couldn't go inside. We did see some tourists who were allowed to go in with a reservation. Instead of Rome night tour I wish Star tours make these reservations and let us inside Colosseum. The reason I had given only 4 star is we did not like the coach bus that we traveled. In this package we had a lot of time in the bus and the seats were not comfortable, didn't recline much. There were no ports to charge our phones, no wifi, tray tables were dirty. Seats don't have the facility to relax the legs. I hope the tour company looks into these so that tourists will enjoy their trip to the maximum extent.

Self with family went on Star Tours Switzerland and Paris tour of 9 days in June 2018. Over all it was very good experience w.r.t. to their time management, complete execution of promised itinarary, Food, Locations etc. I will recommend to my friends and family members. Some of the points they can improve upon are listed below in brief. MUST Avoid Howard Hotel Orly - it's HORRIBLE. Make them listen to genuine complaints of Guests. Before booking tickets for excursion to jungfraujoch, Tour Manager should foresee weather forecasts, else all UKP 120 Per Person goes in to waste. Avoid Fragonard visit in Paris - it's not Factory, it's Marketing of their products and waste of Tourist time. Promised Washroom on Coach are not for USE! Food in Bhojan chains in Paris are Not up to the mark. Over all our manager was very good Tour Manager.

We had taken the 09 days trip (treasures of Europe). Must compliment the whole team of Star Tours for conducting every single event very efficiently. A special mention about our tour manager who is an exceptional professional, who is capable of multi tasking and can withstand enormous stress without loosing his cool. Also our driver was confident and very competent professional. Both the staff of Star Tours handled everything as per the commitment of the company. They also handled unexpected problems very efficiently. Only one negative point regarding meal at 02 places in Rome was far below standards, which I am sure can be corrected very easily.
