    We took the Treasures of Europe Tour from September 5th to September 13th, 2009.

    It was a wonderful experience. Right from A to Z everything was outstanding.

    To begin with the staff at the booking office at Wembley, London was very helpful. Particularly, Krunal Patel and Dhara Desai were very accommodative and advised correctly. Any problems that we posed were solved to our satisfaction.

    Reception at the Heathrow airport was on time. The person who came to receive us was cheerful and nice.

    The hotel accommodation through out the tour was from good to excellent for the price we have been charged.

    The food provided was sumptuous and excellent. Always fresh, hot, and tasty.

    The tour manager, Mr. VIRAF was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining.
    He is an asset to the company. He was prompt in solving any problem posed to him. He was good in guiding us about the currency exchanges.

    The Coach was very comfortable and our driver Mr. Milan was excellent.

    We were fortunate to have amazing group of 59 fellow tourists.

    Thanks to Star Tours for providing us with such an affordable and enjoyable tour.

    We are looking forward to our many more trips with them and hoping that Mr. VIRAF will be our tour manager. We will strongly recommend Star Tours to anybody.

    I have had the most wonderful experience with Star Tours. Their Swiss trip was amazing. We have seen the "HEAVEN ON EARTH" but it was made worthwhile by Star Tours. We did see the Rhine Falls, Mount Titlis, Mount Jungfraeu, Luzern, The Lion Monument, Zurich, Trumbuck Falls, Interlarken and many many more. Not to forget the food that they provide. Being a strict vegetarian they did take care of everything. I will surely recommend them to everyone who wants to enjoy their trips around the world. W ...

    I have travelled with Star Tours 3 times and had a wonderful experience all the time. Starting from my booking at the wembley office till the time I came back from the tour, everything was managed perfectly and was up to the mark.

    Hotels provided were good, food was excellent (all credit to the Caravan chefs), coach was were comfortable.

    Our Tour manager was excellent by all means right from time keeping to helping us in all the way. He provided us with enough time at all the sightseeing place ...

    I travelled on Majestic Europe tour on 12/09/2009 which is fantastic. Food suppled by Star Tours very good i dont have words for it. Coach and hotel everything was very planned, itinerary tour manager excellent. This tour company take care of everything for all ages. I feel travelling with Star Tours is very good for my life.

    My parents(from India) had recently been on a 5 day panaromic europe tour. They had a great experience. I was a bit sceptical from reading reviews on this site but they have been nothing but pleased. the tour guide was excellent and very approachable. The choice of hotels was great and needless to say good Indian food all the way.

    they lose one start because of not haveing provisions for outdoor lunch in the event of rain. They need to work on that.

    They did hurry up and at certain points but ...

    We went to 4 day trip to Paris with Star Tours, the pick-up for us was a bit early and the driver arrived 20 min late. But he was very helpful in putting stuff and setting child seat in bus. The tour manager + driver were very organised to reach places in scheduled times e.g. 5 min to 11pm for Eiffel tower sparkling lights.
    The dinner resutrant (Bhojan) was bit cramp in space. The hotel (Novatel) did not consider if you are smoking or non-smoking before allocating rooms. The room was spacious a ...

    Dont book your holiday on star tours unless you want to have a really bad holiday.
    People may argue that its value for money, IT IS NOT.
    Avoid if you have a choice (or not)
    Had taken the 4 day Paris trip.
    - Bad Accomodation
    - Horrible food.
    - transit was horrible
    - They dont communicate the plans till the last min.

    I was on a disney special tour in may 2009 with star tours and it was the most horrible tour i have been on.The tour manager, the driver were most uncoperative.The hotel acoomodation and food was pathetic. Milk served for breakfast was spoilt and food was tasteless. No toilets or food break were given . No consideration what so ever was given although the tour had 30 children on board.     Star tours Panoramic Europe, 5 day tour at a cost of £1060 for couple and child.
    The collection time was moved forward one day before so I had to change my times also including the taxi to the pickup point.

    we wemnt on Swiss special with Star Tours UK, swiss by flight 3 day tour. Thoroughly enjoyed it. The tour was great value for money and the service provided were great, the tour manager was very knowledgeable. The hotel was in engelberg, a beutiful location surrounded by mountains and only a walking distance from Mt. Titlis.

    Over booking. 80 ppl in a double decker bus. bad quality hotel. A big let down with Star Tours UK.

    4 days disneyland special. hopeless management, never again with star tours. none of the other passengers will go with this tour company again. 4 of my colleagues were thinking of going for the same tour, but, have changed their mind after our bad experience. no information about where and wha time we wud be eating, staying etc. driver was rude and called out our surnames without salutation. i cud have planned much better tour. complained to star tours, notsure they do anything about complaints. ...

    This is the Disneyland 4 day trip by Star Tours on 23 May 2009, 80 people including 30 kids. Horrendous time management. No food or Loo stops. The toilet was in a bad state from Wembley its self ( no water in the loo !!). Ill mannered tour manager, very poor communication skills. Hotel was pathetic. We still had to Q for our tickets at Eiffel Tower. The bus driver takes fuel stops after having a full bus and a free full day to get the bus in shape.

    The crowd that we travelled with was quite ill mannered. They would break the food queue ( and almost literally snatch away ur food stuff) , try to intervene everywhr u go, too loud. Star tours could have tried to manage the people better.

    If you pass by a monument, it will be visible only on one side of the bus, the people sitting on the other side would struggle (and fail most of the times) to get a glimpse of the monuments.
    The Driver would not even bother to ensure that everyone has seen ...

    Star Tours UK is absolutely not recommended.Things in the tour itenary are only stops in between and not the actual place.We took the scerene europe tour for 4 days its an absolute sham!!! The entire itenary of visiting clog factories and diamond factories is places on highways and not actual cities. We did not even get down at amstradam.     I had 4 days scotland Tour in Easter bank holiday with Star Tours UK. The tour was not good for money.Tour manager also talk only non sense.No Time Manangement

    I joined Star Tours 4 days scotland tour (10th -13th of April 2009). While the accomodation and food was decent, there was nothing scottish about the tour itself. The knowledge of the tour manager about scotiish heritage, history, places and legends associated with them was appalling. The best thing the tour manager was capable of is keeping the flock together and herding them from one place to another.

    I joined Star Tours' " Treasures of Europe " nine day tour. It was very very good. The only drawback was that some time was lost in travelling during last couple of days. Had the hotel been booked at Pisa, and had we not gone back to Florence for night stay, we could have had more time at Geneva. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this tour to everyone. Our tour guide was very good in handeling the tour under various situations.....
