In April of this year we spent £1700 on SEO work with assurances that we would be on page 1 of well known search engines, and if not satisfied then our money would be refunded in full.
Whilst waiting for the work to be done (we were told it would take a month) we were introduced to something called Keyword Resale where we 'bought' keywords which would then be sold to a buyer in America, giving us a profit which would be paid directly into our bank.
We would never use them again. In total we spent nearly £7000. We have now started legal proceedings against this company and intend to get our money back.

As far as I am aware I was supposed to go to first page on Google within 3 weeks yet 7 months later I am still no higher than page 3! Most unhelpful customer service I have personally so far encountered. Requested a refund against work not carried out in Feb and still waiting for that to arrive in July.
We believe this is to be a one man operation as he answers ALL phone numbers and emails. I Do not recommend Position Gold Ltd.

The worst customer service i have ever experienced. i would not recommend them. i have been made promises to receive information about work done for my company's site, and i am only getting red herrings...

I have used Position Gold for our SEO this year and have quickly noticed our positions increase but also our turnover improve an awful lot from our on-line enquiries. As mentioned they are extremely busy so it was a couple of weeks before we managed to get on as a client but since then I couldn't ask for anything more from them. Great service, dedicated account manager and a really helpful team are always available.
