    Good Points: Friendly, knowledgeable staff and clear explanations of the things we were having trouble with.


    Bad Points: they weren't cheap but the return on investment has more than made up for that.


    General comments: The staff at Big Mouth Media are very professional and on the ball regarding SEO. My site has seen huge ramking and traffic increases as a result of Bigmouthmedia's recommendations.At the end of the day, you get out of an SEO company what you are willing to put in yourself. Bigmouthmedia gave good advice which we acted on. The results didn't come instantly but then that was explained from the outset.

    Not a terrible service, but their linkbuilding didn't seem to work that well, as results were just not there after the 8 months I was with them.

    I'm now with another much smaller agency for the same fee and seeing much better results. If you are a big company then they will probably be very good for u. If you are an SME, you might find something else suits your needs more.

    I found big mouth media very expensive: £3000.00 just to look at your site, £2000 just to tell you what to put right, they proposed another bucket load of add ons for more £0000's of pounds. My advice: DO NOT USE, put your money into pay per click advertising at least you see what you get, and it guarantees your positions, all on what you pay and its instant, after all better of putting £10,000 into google advertising I think.

    I went to a training course and I found it very useful. They seem to be on the ball on the lastest SEO techniques.They are extemely expensive though.

    After bad experiences with JustSearching.co.uk, I did try Big Mouth Media who again, after 6 months could not deliver the service I wanted - are there any decent SEO companies I wonder?

    I am simply appalled that two of the 'big' names have not yet been helpful.
