    I too have provided a review previously but thought I should mention that if you paid by credit card and have not received your order wthin a reasonable time, the credit card company's resolution department may be able to provide you with a full refund on the grounds of breach of contract. I have just had my card credited by the card company for the full amount after being quoted 4-6 weeks delivery and not having received any goods after 10 weeks.

    I have already submitted a review, but thought it might be worth giving an update. After waiting a month to get a refund, I've still got nothing. I rang Consumer Direct, who have advised that all communication should be in writing, particularly if you are cancelling an order and awaiting a refund, and sent by recorded delivery. You should also communicate in writing with your credit-card company and send the letter by recorded delivery, as they are jointly liable with the trader.

    BEWARE Just read another review and could not believe how apt it was. An awful company - waited 5 weeks 6 days before contacting them about delivery. Even though the man I spoke to conceded that they were standard items ordered and the manufacturer would have them in stock he could not give me a delivery date and stated the manufacturer would not be able to tell him when another delivery was due to his company!!.     Waited 5 weeks for items and they still could not confirm delivery date, even though supplier had goods in stock. Impossible to get hold of anybody - even MD, when tracked down, refused to speak to me or return calls. Cancelled order - still waiting for my money back after almost 6 weeks. Be aware!

    Having taken the money out of my account as soon as I placed the order I then waited two months and still the goods were not available. I was told they could get them in another week but I was not prepared to wait. I was then told it would take up to 30 days to refund my money. If they can take it out immediately they could return it immediately. I would never trust them again.

    I am annoyed i had to give one star as I ordered my stuff £106 pounds worth in mid August and I am still waiting (11th Nov) I am now waiting for a refund on my account. I would never buy anything from this company again and would never recommend them to an enemy let alone a friend.

    Placed my order in July and was still waiting for it in November so I cancelled, realising that there was no way I would have my heritage bathroom in for Christmas unless I did. I ordered the same items from a local company and received them in two days, I would not recommend this company to anyone, all I got was constant lies with the usual "it will be with you in 2 to 3 weeks" but nothing ever arrived. SHOCKING SERVICE. If something sounds too good to be true it usually is!!!!!

    The web site states up to 28days delivery.The money was taken from my card on day of order. When I chased up the order after 3 weeks by e-mail I got no response. When I telephoned they were only just placing my order with the manufacturer and I had to wait another 2 weeks for the goods. Part of the order was not delivered and still has not been. I e-mailed and asked to be re-imbursed for the non-delivered item as I had to go out and buy it. I have not received a reply. I would not purchase from ...

    Wish I'd come across this site before ordering from UKBW.

    Ordered a shower enclosure on 28 September and was told it would be a few days before delivery. UKBW took payment the same day. Two weeks later and they rang to say it would take another two weeks. I rang two weeks later and was told it would be another month - no guarantee on that date either. They lied and said they had a backlog of deliveries from the manufacturer because the manufacturer had cut down its deliveries to once a week and ...

    I placed an order with this company and waited nearly 8 weeks for delivery but nothing arrived so eventually cancelled the order. Was told I would receive a refund to my credit card account within 30 days (Why, as most company's can do it straight away!) but 2 months later and I am still waiting for my due refund. It seems that, judging by other reviews, they aim to punish you for cancelling an order!I have now had to take further action to get my money back! R.G.Jones.

    AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I placed an order for a Heritage bathroom suite on August 28th 2009 and was told 4-6 weeks delivery. I'm still waiting and they tell me it will be at least another 4 weeks. Furthermore, this is not a guaranteed deliver date and like other have stated, if you cancel they take forever to refund you.

    Ordered a Heritage basin at the beginning of Jun. Told delivery would be 10 July. That date came and went. After chasing and being fobbed off for two months I cancelled the order on 11 Sept. I spoke to Heritage and they were more than happy to supply the basin to UKBW but UKBW did not place the order even after Heritage called them to arrange supply of the basin. Took them until 21 Oct to refund the money.

    I ordered my shower cubicle on the internet and found ukbw staff to be very good
    they did explain that they were having delays on product dew to new site going live in 2-3 weeks time and certain suppliers not having product in stock.
    But at least they warn you that it can take up to 28 working days and advise you to have the product before your plumber starts very good advice i thought

    this would be a good company if only they delivered what you paid for, 2 months on and still no sign of my bath. Heritage say its in stock - my only thoughts are cash problems. I have asked for my money back, and I keep being fobbed off on the phone. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS - LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE

    Ordered bath and sink taps in June, was told the estimated delivery date was 16th July-5th August
    Nothing arrived by September, impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone.
    Emails ignored, eventually got through to someone and requested a refund, was then told the refund could take up to 30 days.
    30 days later, no refund, eventually got money back nearly 4 months after original order placed.

    You think you have a great price, and the delivery times seem acceptable, and inevitably when you phone regarding late delivery the contact point was polite and informative. It did transpire to be very misleading and to be blunt a bunch of lies.
    I am a builder and have used them once before with no problem, but this time I would avoid them at all costs - waited over three months for a shower door, which after our own further research, found to be in stock by the manufacturer and on a 24 hour de ...

    Thankyou so much.I have been looking for a store with knowledge of bathrooms and not just how to sell. Fantastic bath which looks wonderful. I saw it in the bristol store and then ordered online.

    Terrible Company, do not use

    Still waiting for my Heritage toilet that I ordered 4 weeks ago, keep phoning, but being told that it is not in yet

    Checked with Heritage, they have stock, what is going on? No sense out of anyone at ukbw

    Have asked for money back to buy somewhere else, but told that I have to wait, absolute disgrace

    Lies lies and lies!

    I'm still waiting for a simple order that I was promised would be there in days.

    Went into Showroom, ordered the suite and promised it should be there in a few days, but worse case it would be 14 days.

    since then I've had four other promised but failed delivery dates.

    Its now 28 days and waiting, after being promised faithfully it would be here yesterday I'm waiting for a phone call back from them.
