Spacious, clean and modern student accommodation. Free wireless internet and free off-road parking. On foot, the town centre is 2/3 min away which is ideal for staggering home :-) Several bus stops servicing the X12/U1 route within 2/3 min walk.

We found the property through SmarterHousing and rented for 11 months during our penultimate year at the University of Warwick. We're moving out into a 5 bedroom house next year with the same agent as one of us is going abroad. Alexander House is ideal for any students at the University of Warwick who choose to live in Leamington Spa. (read more)
