    I learned to drive with Jenny from Surepass. She is very knowlegable, patient and has a wicked sense of humor. The lessons were tailored to my individual needs and I passed in under 3 months on my first attempt. I dont know about other instructors from Surepass but would reccomend Jenny to all my friends.

    My instructor was fantastic, I moved to Surepass because my instructor was always late and never gave me a full hour. My Surepass instructor always arrived on time, gave me a full hour and loaned me a DVD to help me with my driving, I had 25 hours altogether and passed first time. The prices are very good I must have saved almost £100 by changing from my old instructor who was rubbish to my instructor from Surepass who was brill

    I have also had a very bad experience with surepass. I booked block lessons with one of their instructors and then she stopped working for them so i asked for my money back and they refused, saying i had to get my money back from the instructor myself! I was disgusted with their so called customer service!!
    I have tried on numerous occassions (9 months+!!!) to get my money back from the instructor however now she has changed her phone number!!

    I also had a bad experience with Surepass. I was given false information about lessons from an advisor at the call centre, when I decided not to use Surepass 2 days later during the cooling off period they said I could not have my £125 deposit back!! Each advisor I spoke to told me different reasons why! Then I recvd a call a surepass instructor attempting to offer me "cheaper" lessons! So dodgy! I'm £125 out of pocket but grateful I found a wonderful instructor rather than waste my ...

    I would definitely recommend Surepass Driving School.Great value for money! My instructor, was very professional ,never turned up late for a lesson ,car was spotless and pleasure to drive. At first my husband taught me to drive, but I was concerned about getting his bad driving habits and needed somebody professional to get me through my test- well Surepass was exactly what i needed! Recommend!!

    If you want cheap, relaxed lessons in which you learn loads I would defanatley recommend Surepass Driving School. Really good instructor, really relaxed and calm I would definitely recommend!

    Quality service with cheap lessons! Surepass is a quality service based in manchester but spread across the UK, all comments and complaints are taken with utmost importancy, they welcome contructive criticism, and will do everything they can to help you out.

    Over all, I would recommend this Surepass Driving School to everyone, and they are very good, less expensive, and they will aim for you to pass first time.
