We are fairly regular users of Silver Zone Parking at Bristol airport and have always experienced a very good service and would recommend it. On our last trip in September the family had two cars parked at the Silver Zone, our own car and our daughters car. Our daughters were returning from holiday prior to us. It seems my experience is not unique. I collected my car from a different bay than where left. 15 minutes out I retracted my wing mirrors and discovered that the near-side one wasn't moving. Closer inspection revealed it was completely broken. A replacement cost £250. Since this was more than my excess there was no mileage in claiming on my insurance. I returned from holiday at 2AM and collected my car, it was parked in a poorly lit area and was thick with dust. The next day when I washed the car I found a small crease/dent in the bumper. It would look like when they have moved it and parked it up they have parked a car behind and stopped when it nudged mine. Stay well away from this parking company!! Myself and my partner bought a new vehicle, a VW T5 camper. We normally use other parking facilities around Bristol airport but as the van is our pride and joy we though we would use the Silver Zone parking at Bristol Airport, WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!! I recently (August 2012) used the Silverzone service at Bristol airport - never again!!!! Parkingup, handing in keys and the transfer in were great. It was on return from holidays where the issues started. On collecting my keys from reception and finding my vehicle I could see from a distance what I thought looked like a dent in the passenger side back door. How easy was that. A few questions to answer on the computer and then pay and it was done. Then parking the car was soo easy. We parked the car, got the ticket then stepped onto the waiting bus to take us to the Airport. Again on the return trip Waited at the bus stop and one minute later the arrived to take us back to our car. Very quick and easy. Got back from holiday to find my car moved. When parked at home I noticed the front bumper had damage to the near side corner not there before! Contacted bristol airport parking who have not accepted responsibility for this do I asked for the CCTV footage of my car when it was moved. 3 weeks down the line no one has provided details of how to get this, what I understand is my right under the data protection act. It is more than a little concerning that rows and rows of car keys are clearly visible through an unlocked doorway within metres of the checkin/out desk. More concerning was that the desk was often left unmanned whilst staff went to collect keys and there was nothing more than an automatically lifting barrier preventing people from leaving the car park. Left my car here for 1 week in july 2010,our flight had been delayed by 2 hours coming back and had been up since 3 am that morning on on returning just grabbed our keys and went,was'nt till a few minutes down the road we noticed the foot long crack in our windscreen,phoned immediately to be told to write an e-mail,upon doing this the company have refused to be responsable for it!i can imagine they did it moving our car,anyway shall never be using them again,absolute disgrace.like a previous… Read Full Review

Incredibly slow process to get you to the check-in desk. I am a frequent flyer and so 'get-it' but it took 40 minutes between arriving at Silver Zone and getting to the desk.
The 'spaces' here signs are screwed to the poles - so they never change. this mean that everyone snakes around the car-park looking for non-existent places.
Why do they need my keys? Is there a mini-cab firm based there too?
The bus is irregular, slow and calls into the old-terminal 'just in case'.

Just used Silver Zone Parking for the first and last time. As car park is close to full on arrival you are expected to walk from wherever you find a space in the car park back to the only pick up point. OK in fine weather! You are told to leave key on the assumption your car will be deposited at the same pick up point on your return. This did not happen everybody was told that the car was where you had left it.
