    Good Points: Good location for the town of Melbourne


    Bad Points: Spa and Sauna are on top floor via a stairwell.


    General comments: Having seen this hotel the Radisson Flagstaff Gardens on the internet I was expecting good things. However having arrived I was disappointed, the rooms were basic, and had a TV with a playstation attached, however to use the Playstaion their was an additional cost.
    The Spa, Sauna and Gym were on the top floor. This area can only be entered by getting the lift to the top floor, then walking up a fire exit to a higher level, where the gym area was located.
    The place is OK for a 1 or 2 night stop over but longer than this and I think that it could get you down.
