Hi overall got the job done but it took over 2 hours from when we got to bus stop at the airport to our hotel which was just over 10 minutes away by taxi which we got on the way back to avoid delay. Airport to Costa adeje cost 25 euros by taxi had already paid for return trip on the coach but wanted to enjoy the Last day.

We had booked a return trip from Los Gigantes to Reina Sofia, Tenerife on the 12th April (Booking reference F1355362). We were not given clear instructions as to where to wait for the pickup and so stood where our original driver from the airport told us to. We had fortunately given our surname to a couple of Dutch ladies who got on the coach - they checked with the driver to see if we should be collected too and were told no, we shouldn't. The coach drove off. 15 minutes later the coach reappeared and the Dutch ladies called across the road to us to say that we should be on the coach. They had checked the driver's list of passenger and seen our name even though he said we were not to be collected by him. The driver was grumpy and quite obviously was saying that it was all our fault. The driver had a row with the office staff en route to the airport. When we eventually arrived he remained in his seat and left the passengers to get their own luggage out of the coach! He was surly and unpleasant.

We had paid for jiffy coach from Palma airport to Cala Millor, with maximum of 1-4 stops. We were waiting for 2 hours at the airport for the jiffy coach (with no help from the counter staff). Eventually a lady supervisor came out an explained original driver over hours and was really apologetic. However not our problem and this should have been covered by another driver. Eventually another driver turned up but there were 6 stops before we actually reached our hotel NOT WHAT WE HAD PAID FOR. Actually received a text from Hoppa while still sat at airport to see if we had "arrived happy". That was a joke. I sent a text and explained the problem. On our homeward pick up there was no problem at all, everything went like clock work. On our return home we received an email from Swen Nurnberger in Customer Care Team who was extremely apologetic for what had happened and then on second email actually arranged for a refund of 50% of what we had paid for transport and we were given a code to use for the next time we use Hoppa. Really good after care service.

Our taxi driver was not waiting for us on our arrival. Arrived after making 3 frustrating phone calls and 50 minutes late. Return journey was perfect. Hoppa resolved my complaint to my satisfaction. We may use them again next month but with some concerns. Our earlier experience did impact on our holiday.

October 2017 No problem booking speedy shuttle MAXIMUM 4 STOPS,TRANSFER TIME 45 MINS. 1hour 30 mins later we had not reached our destination..got off bus continued our transfer by taxi. The customer care team were very apologic & refunded our transfer & taxi fare Unfortunately we had the same experience last year ..we booked a speedy shuttle maximum 4 stops ...11 STOPS later we arrived at our apartment.! We were happy to give Hoppa a second chance this year,their customer care team both this year & in 2016 were very apologetic.. our money was also refunded last year. This is not about money but to get the service we paid for, having to waste precious holiday time on the phone to sort it out both years was a no no.

We had to make our own way to the airport from our hotel as the coach did not turn up, we waited 30mins beyond arranged time, we tried to contact the office but there was no answer. Fortunately we had enough time to get a bus and then a taxi to the airport. After a few emails we were refunded the amount we paid out, it was very stressful which wasn't taken into consideration.

I booked transfers through Hoppa I had arranged to meet my sister at Faro airport we had one flight from Gatwick and one from Bristol 8 of us traveling my flight came in last and on arrival we all went to get our transfer to be told Hoppa had only given one flight no (the earlier one) and we was down as a No Show ! So they now couldn't take us ! My sister and family had been waiting 2 and a half hours for us ( our flight was delayed) and then to be told we had no transfer was awful we eventually managed to get 2 Taxis which was metered and cost €95 each !!! Not a good start to our holiday! However I emailed Hoppa sent a copy of our receipt for the taxis and within 10 days paid the money for the taxis back in Full !!! Also our return taxi was on time no problems so I will use them again just double check if you have 2 flight no so so are not left stranded!!!

Used Hoppa twice a year with little fuss but last May we had a driver who could not find the hotels on his list. We finally gave up and ask to be set down near a taxi rank and completed the journey in a taxi. The coach driver did say he was sorry. Contacted Hoppa.com and was reimbursed with the taxi far

We had the misfortune to book this company from Alicante to Benidorm on The 13th March. We sat on the bus 45 mins before we set off and then another hour and 45 mins to arrive at our hotel.. It was torrential rain and there were about 15/16 drop offs. The driver was asking the customers if they would mind getting off some distance from their hotels as kit would save him driving around for an extras 20 mins.!! The last of us (3 different hotels) were dropped off altogether... I told the driver that my husband was disabled and unable to walk so far. He just shrugged and said "but it will be another 10 mins for me"...Luckily a guy took pity on us and pulled our suitcases for us.. We were drenched by the time we got there. To be fair to the driver who picked us up.. He was early. Very helpful and it was a good trip to the airport. Back to Shuttle Direct.....

Booked a 'private' transfer from Arrecife airport to Pto del Carmen on 9th January. Our flight landed some 30 minutes early thanks to a tail wind. After coming through passport control etc. I expected to spot a representative holding up a board with my name on it. Silly me - no such luck! We then asked another rep where to find 'Hoppa' and we were directed to a desk near the airport exit. The lady behind the desk seemed surprised to see us but, after validating the paperwork, we were asked to take a seat whilst she sorted something out. Some 15 - 20 minutes later she called us over and asked us to head for bay no.62 where someone would pick us up. We quickly 'twigged' that the first bay that you come to (approx 200 yards from the terminal) is surprise, surprise, bay no.1. We had already caught up with a couple of irate ladies carrying large suitcases, who said that we needed to go up in the lift to the floor above. They were lucky as they were heading for something like bay no. 20.Strange that 'Hoppa' advertise a door to door service! We eventually arrived a bit 'cream crackered' at bay 62 (the bays run from 1-62).62 is of course the furthest away from the terminal building and, grateful for a rest, we sat and waited with nothing visible at any of the previous bays. Very soon an 'Amanda Bus' turned up - a 20 seater - why did i expect to see 'Hoppa' in large letters on the side? Just the 2 of us were then quickly and efficiently transported to our hotel. The return journey to the airport a week later, once again just the 2 of us in an 'Amanda Bus', was fine and all according to plan. Having said all that, our arrival was problematic. Why can't Hoppa (Amanda Bus)keep an eye on flight arrival times (there aren't many) and act accordingly. No one wants to carry luggage nearly a quarter of a mile on arrival.

Couple of things to mention. 1. Took a while to find the place to go to at the airport. Not a major issue though. 2. Original return collection time was 0935 for a 1235 flight, makes sense. Actual confirmation was for an 0815 collection for a 1215 revised flight time. Think it was an hour too early? Tried to get it changed but Advisor said it couldn't be changed but managed to delay it by 15 minutes. Even the driver was puzzled why we'd been picked up so early. Didn't enjoy the extra hour in the airport to be honest.

We paid over £60 for a transfer from Palma airport to Estellencs. Although our plane landed bang on time, we had to wait almost an hour after getting to the hoppa desk. We found out later that a taxi would have been about £10 cheaper. Won't use them again.

What a huge increase in fares now - single trip from Corralejo to airport 9.48€. No wonder we keep getting 25% discount emails. Anyone know if the service from the airport to Corralejo has improved as to wait in excess of 40/50 minutes for the bus now seems to be the norm. Also many times the bus hasn't dropped off right outside hotel arena in Corralejo, but at the top of the road - though they pick up from directly outside the hotel. If you have mobility issues or heavy bags this is an issue. I expect that they will loose a lot of booking once the direct public bus service from Corralejo to the airport starts which hopefully will be within the next couple of weeks.

I booked resort hoppa last November for the transfer journey between malta airport and the ferry terminal. On the outward journey the driver was late he said he was stuck in traffic which ok can happen, but on the return journey we were left standing in the street at the pick up point for an hour and a half. I made 3 phone calls to resort hoppa who in turn told me the driver was on his way each time, No he wasn't, when he finally got to us he apologised for sleeping in. My husband and I were furious as three times we were told they had been in touch with the driver and he was on his way when actually he was still in his bed. I wonder if they would have paid for flights if we had missed ours. The only good thing about the service we received was the cars were clean and tidy and so was the drivers.

I used ResortHoppa in Marrakesh, Morocco; the actual shuttle service went very smooth. Someone with a ResortHoppa sign was waiting for me at the airport and dropped me off at my riad in a timely manner. And at the end of the trip, the driver came to my riad, picked me up, and dropped me off at the airport. So in that respect, the transfer from and to the airport was great. In terms of their customer service, though, they are very much slacking. I was told by the escort when I arrived at the airport that I would need to email or call ResortHoppa at least 48 hours before my return journey, just to confirm my pick up time. Since no one had ever answered the phone whenever I tried calling (even though it was during their regular business hours), I emailed them 72 hours prior to my departure. On the day before I had to leave, I still hadn't received an email back from them, so I had to rack up a big phone bill using international calling to call their emergency number, where someone sorted out my pick up time for me. On top of this, they owe me a refund for a double booking that I made. It's been 3 weeks, and still no one has handled that. So overall, I found the shuttle to be reliable and very handy, especially for the price. But if you need someone in their office to help you with anything, you won't find any support from there.

Just used this company for transfers from Faro to hotel n return. We had to wait at Faro for 55 mins for the transfer to leave (speedy mini bus) and when asked what the delay was they said they were waiting for a delayed plane but then 5 mins later we left with all the people that had previously been waiting and no room for any more on the bus!! On the way back the service was prompt but left too early for the scheduled flight so we were waiting around too long at the airport. Our experience wasn't bad considering other reviews on here but I think I would be very hesitant in using this company again

we booked for transfers from schipol airport into Amsterdam and return. We were waiting 35 minutes for our transfer going. The girl had wrong names on her tablet! The car was very nice though and the driver was pleasant. the return journey we were picked up ahead of time at 6.15 in the morning by a young driver. Well what can we say, he had his iPhone in a docking station on the dashboard and preceded to text whilst driving at speed I may add whilst on motorway. I'm sure it must be illegal to do that in Holland as in UK! he was also doing 140 km ph on an 80 km road! Talk about your life in their stupid hands! he sped of like a classic boy racer once he'd dropped us off ! Purely for that reason we won't use again

Booked transfers with Resorthoppa for the first time for our recent holiday in Tunisia as they were a third of the price quoted by the holiday company and Resorthoppa has been around for quite some time now. We were picked up at Enfidha airport as planned. There was a rep at the airport and we were shown to the bus. We didn't wait more than about 15 mins before all passengers and luggage were loaded and we left the airport. The bus had air conditioning and the luggage was secured to the roof. We arrived at a hotel and we were told it was our hotel and the driver promptly started to offload our luggage. The hotel did not look like the hotel we had booked and the name was definitely not the same. I twice told the driver that we were at the wrong hotel but he assured me it was the right hotel and the hotel 'porters' confirmed this and started taking the luggage in. After half an hour of showing the receptionist our documentation and expressing our concerns that it was the wrong hotel they confirmed that we were indeed in the wrong hotel (but at least we were in the right resort). The receptionist then arranged 2 taxis to take us to the right hotel (10 dinars for 2 taxis as there were 6 of us with suitcases which is only about £3.50. We paid this.) which was about 2 miles further on. Our concern then was that the bus would collect us from the wrong hotel to take us back to the airport so I emailed resorthoppa from the resort and also telephoned the local office of Emira Travel Service (this was the local company resorthoppa used) to ensure the problem was resolved. I received a reply to my email within 24 hrs saying they had forwarded my email to the local office. We were picked up from the right hotel at the allotted time and the transfer went smoothly. I would not let this put me off using resorthooppa in the future.

I have used Resort Hoppa on a few occasions without any problems up until now. I booked them from Faro into Albufeira. Poster at the kiosk in airport said max 4 stops and we were also told max 50 mins. It took 1 hr 15 mins and 8 stops, we were the last ones off. For the return journey we were told we would be picked up at 0545 hrs. Our flight was not until 1010 hrs so this was nearly 4.5 hrs before the flight and the journey time to the airport is only 35 mins. I cancelled my return and got a taxi which cost us 45 euros. To my delight on returning Resort Hoppa have refunded half of what I paid. I have said I would recommend to a friend as this is the first time I have had any problems.

Just an update from my previous email re this company in Funchal on 9 February. After emailing them many times, I got an apology and a part refund, so do not give up. Unfortunately it is the jokers in the actual country who are to blame but Resorthoppa did the apologising. No I would not use them again ever!
