“Take a taxi ”

Hi overall got the job done but it took over 2 hours from when we got to bus stop at the airport to our hotel which was just over 10 minutes away by taxi which we got on the way back to avoid delay. Airport to Costa adeje cost 25 euros by taxi had already paid for return trip on the coach but wanted to enjoy the Last day.

“Stressful experience”

We had booked a return trip from Los Gigantes to Reina Sofia, Tenerife on the 12th April (Booking reference F1355362). We were not given clear instructions as to where to wait for the pickup and so stood where our original driver from the airport told us to. We had fortunately given our surname to a couple of Dutch ladies who got on the coach - they checked with the driver to see if we should be collected too and were told no, we shouldn't. The coach drove off. 15 minutes later the coach reappeared and the Dutch ladies called across the road to us to say that we should be on the coach. They had checked the driver's list of passenger and seen our name even though he said we were not to be collected by him. The driver was grumpy and quite obviously was saying that it was all our fault. The driver had a row with the office staff en route to the airport. When we eventually arrived he remained in his seat and left the passengers to get their own luggage out of the coach! He was surly and unpleasant.

“Service from Customer Care Team after holiday”

We had paid for jiffy coach from Palma airport to Cala Millor, with maximum of 1-4 stops. We were waiting for 2 hours at the airport for the jiffy coach (with no help from the counter staff). Eventually a lady supervisor came out an explained original driver over hours and was really apologetic. However not our problem and this should have been covered by another driver. Eventually another driver turned up but there were 6 stops before we actually reached our hotel NOT WHAT WE HAD PAID FOR. Actually received a text from Hoppa while still sat at airport to see if we had "arrived happy". That was a joke. I sent a text and explained the problem. On our homeward pick up there was no problem at all, everything went like clock work. On our return home we received an email from Swen Nurnberger in Customer Care Team who was extremely apologetic for what had happened and then on second email actually arranged for a refund of 50% of what we had paid for transport and we were given a code to use for the next time we use Hoppa. Really good after care service.

“Good but bad”

Our taxi driver was not waiting for us on our arrival. Arrived after making 3 frustrating phone calls and 50 minutes late. Return journey was perfect. Hoppa resolved my complaint to my satisfaction. We may use them again next month but with some concerns. Our earlier experience did impact on our holiday.

“Transfer in gran canaria ”

October 2017 No problem booking speedy shuttle MAXIMUM 4 STOPS,TRANSFER TIME 45 MINS. 1hour 30 mins later we had not reached our destination..got off bus continued our transfer by taxi. The customer care team were very apologic & refunded our transfer & taxi fare Unfortunately we had the same experience last year ..we booked a speedy shuttle maximum 4 stops ...11 STOPS later we arrived at our apartment.! We were happy to give Hoppa a second chance this year,their customer care team both this year & in 2016 were very apologetic.. our money was also refunded last year. This is not about money but to get the service we paid for, having to waste precious holiday time on the phone to sort it out both years was a no no.

“Transfer to airport did not turn up”

We had to make our own way to the airport from our hotel as the coach did not turn up, we waited 30mins beyond arranged time, we tried to contact the office but there was no answer. Fortunately we had enough time to get a bus and then a taxi to the airport. After a few emails we were refunded the amount we paid out, it was very stressful which wasn't taken into consideration.

“Portugal transfer ”

I booked transfers through Hoppa I had arranged to meet my sister at Faro airport we had one flight from Gatwick and one from Bristol 8 of us traveling my flight came in last and on arrival we all went to get our transfer to be told Hoppa had only given one flight no (the earlier one) and we was down as a No Show ! So they now couldn't take us ! My sister and family had been waiting 2 and a half hours for us ( our flight was delayed) and then to be told we had no transfer was awful we eventually managed to get 2 Taxis which was metered and cost €95 each !!! Not a good start to our holiday! However I emailed Hoppa sent a copy of our receipt for the taxis and within 10 days paid the money for the taxis back in Full !!! Also our return taxi was on time no problems so I will use them again just double check if you have 2 flight no so so are not left stranded!!!

“Lost in Mallorca”

Used Hoppa twice a year with little fuss but last May we had a driver who could not find the hotels on his list. We finally gave up and ask to be set down near a taxi rank and completed the journey in a taxi. The coach driver did say he was sorry. Contacted Hoppa.com and was reimbursed with the taxi far

“Never again”

We had the misfortune to book this company from Alicante to Benidorm on The 13th March. We sat on the bus 45 mins before we set off and then another hour and 45 mins to arrive at our hotel.. It was torrential rain and there were about 15/16 drop offs. The driver was asking the customers if they would mind getting off some distance from their hotels as kit would save him driving around for an extras 20 mins.!! The last of us (3 different hotels) were dropped off altogether... I told the driver that my husband was disabled and unable to walk so far. He just shrugged and said "but it will be another 10 mins for me"...Luckily a guy took pity on us and pulled our suitcases for us.. We were drenched by the time we got there. To be fair to the driver who picked us up.. He was early. Very helpful and it was a good trip to the airport. Back to Shuttle Direct.....

“Fancy a long walk?”

Booked a 'private' transfer from Arrecife airport to Pto del Carmen on 9th January. Our flight landed some 30 minutes early thanks to a tail wind. After coming through passport control etc. I expected to spot a representative holding up a board with my name on it. Silly me - no such luck! We then asked another rep where to find 'Hoppa' and we were directed to a desk near the airport exit. The lady behind the desk seemed surprised to see us but, after validating the paperwork, we were asked to take a seat whilst she sorted something out. Some 15 - 20 minutes later she called us over and asked us to head for bay no.62 where someone would pick us up. We quickly 'twigged' that the first bay that you come to (approx 200 yards from the terminal) is surprise, surprise, bay no.1. We had already caught up with a couple of irate ladies carrying large suitcases, who said that we needed to go up in the lift to the floor above. They were lucky as they were heading for something like bay no. 20.Strange that 'Hoppa' advertise a door to door service! We eventually arrived a bit 'cream crackered' at bay 62 (the bays run from 1-62).62 is of course the furthest away from the terminal building and, grateful for a rest, we sat and waited with nothing visible at any of the previous bays. Very soon an 'Amanda Bus' turned up - a 20 seater - why did i expect to see 'Hoppa' in large letters on the side? Just the 2 of us were then quickly and efficiently transported to our hotel. The return journey to the airport a week later, once again just the 2 of us in an 'Amanda Bus', was fine and all according to plan. Having said all that, our arrival was problematic. Why can't Hoppa (Amanda Bus)keep an eye on flight arrival times (there aren't many) and act accordingly. No one wants to carry luggage nearly a quarter of a mile on arrival.

“Return pick up too early”

Couple of things to mention. 1. Took a while to find the place to go to at the airport. Not a major issue though. 2. Original return collection time was 0935 for a 1235 flight, makes sense. Actual confirmation was for an 0815 collection for a 1215 revised flight time. Think it was an hour too early? Tried to get it changed but Advisor said it couldn't be changed but managed to delay it by 15 minutes. Even the driver was puzzled why we'd been picked up so early. Didn't enjoy the extra hour in the airport to be honest.

“Expensive”

We paid over £60 for a transfer from Palma airport to Estellencs. Although our plane landed bang on time, we had to wait almost an hour after getting to the hoppa desk. We found out later that a taxi would have been about £10 cheaper. Won't use them again.

“Hughe fare increase”

What a huge increase in fares now - single trip from Corralejo to airport 9.48€. No wonder we keep getting 25% discount emails. Anyone know if the service from the airport to Corralejo has improved as to wait in excess of 40/50 minutes for the bus now seems to be the norm. Also many times the bus hasn't dropped off right outside hotel arena in Corralejo, but at the top of the road - though they pick up from directly outside the hotel. If you have mobility issues or heavy bags this is an issue. I expect that they will loose a lot of booking once the direct public bus service from Corralejo to the airport starts which hopefully will be within the next couple of weeks.

“Return journey was a nightmare”

I booked resort hoppa last November for the transfer journey between malta airport and the ferry terminal. On the outward journey the driver was late he said he was stuck in traffic which ok can happen, but on the return journey we were left standing in the street at the pick up point for an hour and a half. I made 3 phone calls to resort hoppa who in turn told me the driver was on his way each time, No he wasn't, when he finally got to us he apologised for sleeping in. My husband and I were furious as three times we were told they had been in touch with the driver and he was on his way when actually he was still in his bed. I wonder if they would have paid for flights if we had missed ours. The only good thing about the service we received was the cars were clean and tidy and so was the drivers.

“nice but no dice”

I used ResortHoppa in Marrakesh, Morocco; the actual shuttle service went very smooth. Someone with a ResortHoppa sign was waiting for me at the airport and dropped me off at my riad in a timely manner. And at the end of the trip, the driver came to my riad, picked me up, and dropped me off at the airport. So in that respect, the transfer from and to the airport was great. In terms of their customer service, though, they are very much slacking. I was told by the escort when I arrived at the airport that I would need to email or call ResortHoppa at least 48 hours before my return journey, just to confirm my pick up time. Since no one had ever answered the phone whenever I tried calling (even though it was during their regular business hours), I emailed them 72 hours prior to my departure. On the day before I had to leave, I still hadn't received an email back from them, so I had to rack up a big phone bill using international calling to call their emergency number, where someone sorted out my pick up time for me. On top of this, they owe me a refund for a double booking that I made. It's been 3 weeks, and still no one has handled that. So overall, I found the shuttle to be reliable and very handy, especially for the price. But if you need someone in their office to help you with anything, you won't find any support from there.

“Go with another company if you can”

Just used this company for transfers from Faro to hotel n return. We had to wait at Faro for 55 mins for the transfer to leave (speedy mini bus) and when asked what the delay was they said they were waiting for a delayed plane but then 5 mins later we left with all the people that had previously been waiting and no room for any more on the bus!! On the way back the service was prompt but left too early for the scheduled flight so we were waiting around too long at the airport. Our experience wasn't bad considering other reviews on here but I think I would be very hesitant in using this company again

“Texting whilst driving on a motorway!”

we booked for transfers from schipol airport into Amsterdam and return. We were waiting 35 minutes for our transfer going. The girl had wrong names on her tablet! The car was very nice though and the driver was pleasant. the return journey we were picked up ahead of time at 6.15 in the morning by a young driver. Well what can we say, he had his iPhone in a docking station on the dashboard and preceded to text whilst driving at speed I may add whilst on motorway. I'm sure it must be illegal to do that in Holland as in UK! he was also doing 140 km ph on an 80 km road! Talk about your life in their stupid hands! he sped of like a classic boy racer once he'd dropped us off ! Purely for that reason we won't use again

“Transfers”

Booked transfers with Resorthoppa for the first time for our recent holiday in Tunisia as they were a third of the price quoted by the holiday company and Resorthoppa has been around for quite some time now. We were picked up at Enfidha airport as planned. There was a rep at the airport and we were shown to the bus. We didn't wait more than about 15 mins before all passengers and luggage were loaded and we left the airport. The bus had air conditioning and the luggage was secured to the roof. We arrived at a hotel and we were told it was our hotel and the driver promptly started to offload our luggage. The hotel did not look like the hotel we had booked and the name was definitely not the same. I twice told the driver that we were at the wrong hotel but he assured me it was the right hotel and the hotel 'porters' confirmed this and started taking the luggage in. After half an hour of showing the receptionist our documentation and expressing our concerns that it was the wrong hotel they confirmed that we were indeed in the wrong hotel (but at least we were in the right resort). The receptionist then arranged 2 taxis to take us to the right hotel (10 dinars for 2 taxis as there were 6 of us with suitcases which is only about £3.50. We paid this.) which was about 2 miles further on. Our concern then was that the bus would collect us from the wrong hotel to take us back to the airport so I emailed resorthoppa from the resort and also telephoned the local office of Emira Travel Service (this was the local company resorthoppa used) to ensure the problem was resolved. I received a reply to my email within 24 hrs saying they had forwarded my email to the local office. We were picked up from the right hotel at the allotted time and the transfer went smoothly. I would not let this put me off using resorthooppa in the future.

“4 stops max”

I have used Resort Hoppa on a few occasions without any problems up until now. I booked them from Faro into Albufeira. Poster at the kiosk in airport said max 4 stops and we were also told max 50 mins. It took 1 hr 15 mins and 8 stops, we were the last ones off. For the return journey we were told we would be picked up at 0545 hrs. Our flight was not until 1010 hrs so this was nearly 4.5 hrs before the flight and the journey time to the airport is only 35 mins. I cancelled my return and got a taxi which cost us 45 euros. To my delight on returning Resort Hoppa have refunded half of what I paid. I have said I would recommend to a friend as this is the first time I have had any problems.

“Some sort of refund”

Just an update from my previous email re this company in Funchal on 9 February. After emailing them many times, I got an apology and a part refund, so do not give up. Unfortunately it is the jokers in the actual country who are to blame but Resorthoppa did the apologising. No I would not use them again ever!

I wouldn't use this company ever again. Their driver in Tenerife drove off with one of our cases still in his mini bus. When we finally managed to get the case back my mobile phone was missing and the case had been completely rummaged through. He denied everything and also had the cheek to try and charge us for coming back to the hotel. When I contacted Resorthoppa they had no interest what so ever in my experience and if anything sided with the driver. I had months of trying to get some ownership of the problem from Resorthoppa or even respond to my calls but eventually gave up. The theft may not have been their fault but they couldn't care less about their customers. DO NOT USE. YOU WILL BE DISAPOINTED

I wouldn't rely on catching any Hoppa Bus, even if you're flight lands on schedule. Once I paid Resorthoppa a big advanced fare for a private transfer from my hotel in Tunisia to the airport. Resorthoppa's car didn't show up, nobody answered the phone, even the hotel couldn't get a reply from their local office. Finally I had no choice but pay for a taxi or I would have missed my flight and be stuck in Tunisia. Resorthoppa did eventually refund the money which they charged me; but I shall never be paying for a Hoppa ride again. Avoid Resorthoppa or this company will ruin your holiday.

I can only advise from experience of resorthoppa in Turkey, and the answer is a definite NO,even if they say they will turn up they will NOT and you have no recourse from the company or when you get home as their Customer Service when something goes wrong is appalling. I would strongly advise using another company. I believe travel Republic may be able to do this, they are very helpful, friendly and are actually cheaper than Resorthoppa. I speak from personal experience, I hope this is helpful. Enjoy your holiday.

Before I leave a review two issues arose on what was my first booking with them, so before I recommend or not recommend them I'd like to know the answers to my queries.  On arrival I was waiting 20 mins for collection in Tenerife Sur Airport of a private taxi booking which was paid for in full up front yet another passenger also got my taxi and went to a different location and got dropped off first. Why is this when I paid for a private taxi with no stops to my hotel? Secondly my return flight was at 19:00 and at the time of booking with Resorthoppa it stated my collection taxi would be at 17:15 which I arranged with the hotel to hold a room and instead the taxi arrived at 16:30 which is 45 mins earlier. Luckily I did check online that morning but sometimes I don't have my laptop to check so I'm guessing I would have missed the taxi if I had kept him waiting for 45 mins. Are both these issues regular problems as I paid a lot for a private return private taxi with correct collection and arrival times and none of it happened?

I have used resort hopper on 2 occasions neither of which did I experience any problems. Pick up times both from airport to resort and upon return went very smoothly.

Hi I've used ResortHoppa on a few occasions, and generally speaking they have been pretty reliable. One time there WAS a mixup was a couple of years ago in Majorca, when we were expecting a taxi from our hotel back to the airport for our flight home, and it didn't materialise. I called the office number, and they had inadvertently sent the taxi to another hotel with the same name at the opposite end of the island. This was easily resolved - we called a separate taxi, (locally), went to the airport, and the ResortHoppa rep at the airport came out and paid the fare on our arrival. I tried to remain calm, which I think DOES help in situations like these, and mishaps CAN happen.

I used resorthoppa on 4-5 times at Tenerife, they use Viahas Urbis at this location and I have vowed never to use them again,. They forgot to pick us up twice on our return. They take at least an hour to sort everyone's transport out in the arrivals hall. We have used the speedy shuttle where there are only at most 4 stops. But the first stop they go to is in the opposite direction to ours so it took 1 1/2 hours to drop us off, a trip that would normally take 25 minutes with drop offs. I wouldn't recommend them.

I have used this company almost every time I travel never had any problems with the service if you booked a private transfer for only your family then there shouldn't have been anyone else allowed to travel with you I would contact the company and give details of what happened and I'm sure they will look into it

I have used this company once, and will never use them again. While I accept I paid for the standard shuttle rate, it was still approx 25 pounds to where we were heading. For that we had to wait an hour and a half for the bus to leave the airport, and spent the next four hours touring round before finally being dropped off. We phoned for our departure pick up a week later, and paid the 40 euros for a taxi. They wanted to pick us up at 4:10am for a 12 midday flight!!! Never again!

In answer to your question it is unfortunate that people seem to have had a bad experience with Resorthoppa before realising that they probably could not have used a worse company. I personally would not use them. they are very unreliable and blame their ineptitude on their "supliers" NEVER AGAIN

I have used Resorthoppa only once but had to wait a long time to be picked up on arrival and then we had to give the driver directions to our destination. No problems with departure pick up. Due to the long wait on arrival it was definitely not value for money.

I have used resorthoppa a lot of times but never paid for private taxi. There have been people on the same mini bus several times that paid for private but end up on the normal cheaper bus, so I would never pay the premium rate just take the basic rate. A few times we have had to wait on bus for another flight to land before setting off which is quite annoying.

We did not get the service paid for (no taxi turned up on return leg) nor did we get a refund for the taxi we then had to pay 45 Euros for. In our case we were told that the taxi had turned up when it quite clearly hadn't (if it had we'd have been in it) so no refund. We challenged this twice providing evidence then decided that it wasn't worth the time and effort - we simply would not use them again and haven't. Disappointing that paid for services are not being delivered which I'm sure the Consumer Advice Bureau will be able to advise further on as well as Trading Standards.

I have used Resort Hoppa on several occasions and found to be very good except once where I was heavily delayed at the Airport and after complaing to them when I got back home they refunded that part of my coach transfer. Like yourself I did find I had a wait at Tenerife to be advised where to pick up the transfer vehicle but I had arranged the max 4 stop drop off which suited time and cost wise. For the pick up at the Resort you are advised to contact the Agents Office to confirm the arrangements. In my case I have found that the agents email or fax the Resort with pick up arrangements and these are normally arranged to give ample time to check in at the airport. I have arranged for a private transfer and these have been ok. In your case you should complain to Resort Hoppa and I am sure they will give some compensation. I certainly find Resort Hoppa value for money.

We have only used shared shuttles in Fuerteventura, but several times and without any problems. Have booked with them again for our next holiday there. I would have thought though that a 4.30 pickup would be about right - arrive at airport around 5 for a 7pm flight. Would a 17.15 pick up not have made you late at the airport? May take longer but the shared shuttles are fantastic value.

I have tried to book a pick up in Manhattan to go to Brooklyn Pier but I am having no joy. Any ideas? I have already booked an airport to Manhattan but it would only let me select a return to the airport which I don't want.

Hi--I would strongly advise you to use some other company and avoid disappointment. They let us down on our holiday in Spain and when I naturally tried to complain I found that literally 100's of other people were complaining about being let down

Resorthoppa provide an effective transfer service using local service providers from your point of entry (Airport, port or station) to your accomodation. Nearly all countries and cities have licencing requirements for cabs, taxis and minicabs, and for Resorthoppa to operate inside the various countries they would need to comply with those requirements which would be a logistical nightmare. We have asked the taxi/minicab driver who picked us up on arrival for a business card, to use during our stay, all the resort hotels usually have a list of local taxis, and will often contact them on your behalf, or you could search online for cab and taxi operators in the area you will be visiting, compare their rated, and pre-book that way.

I have used resorthoppa many times and have never had any let-down or mis-hap! In fact I have just booked via them for our holiday on Gran Canaria. But I think you will find that they only provide 'resort transfers' i.e airport/port to hotel/resort and return. If you want to book a 'trip' then my suggestion is use one of the countries taxi services. Hope this helps

I don't know if they do the US, but I have used Sun Transfers on a number of occasions and they will either one or two way journeys, my experience of resort hoppa was not good and would not use them again

As others have pointed out, ResortHoppa is a 'clearing house' for local companies who provide transfers between airports to hotels, rather than a conventional taxi/minicab service. I would have though that a subway from Manhattan to Brooklyn would work well, even if you take a cab from the subway station to your final destination. Good luck

I think they probably only do airport transfers however you should be able to get a cab easily enough - either flag down a passing one or ask your hotel reception to book you one - many New York hotels use a limousine service which we found to be very reasonable.

Why will no-one at RH respond to legitimate refund claims weeks after the event? No amount of emails or attempts to contact by phone (a premium rate number, I should add) illicit a response. Wake up people you are doing your company no favours by this diabolical Customer Services response.

Keep trying, I managed to get a refund from them when I got home from my holiday. They did actually get back quite quickly. Get in touch with Citizens Advice if they don't get back. That's shocking!

The easiest way to get a response from a supplier who ignores you is to use the payment method - i.e. dispute the payment with your bank. If you paid by credit card, the card provider is also responsible for the transaction; if you paid by debit card the bank will also follow things up for you.

Never had a problem with RH, although never requested a refund. I always pay by credit card, if the service I purchased is not delivered in full, and the seller ignores my written complaint (email is sufficient), I then claim a refund from the CC company, citing the 1975 Consumer Credit Act. If the CC company does not pay up I threaten to take them to the Financial Ombudsman. It works every time.

I had a reply , and a refund, from them quite quickly when I had cause to complain about a taxi driver in Turkey last year. Maybe they're just busy as it's peak holiday season? Keep trying and I'm sure you'll get a satisfactory response in due course.

It seems very odd that they haven't got back to you....I have always found them quick to respond to any queries or refund issues. Use them at least twice a year for the past five years without a hiccup. Keep trying & I'm sure you will get satisfaction.

Hi there I had the same issue, I only got an acknowledgement about my complaint through contacting their sister company A2B Travel. This was after weeks of trying. Also it was to no avail as they still refused to refund my taxi fare after they did not turn up to transfer me to the airport. Their treatment towards me after I did get communication with them made me feel physically sick. I recommend that you just never use this company again and ensure all your friends and family know about their appalling Customer Service. Try through A2B to get to them but be prepared for rudeness,hanging up on you,not replying as agreed and after months still not refunding your money.I have taken legal action against their partner company in Turkey,as soon as this has been fully dealt with by the turkish court I will look to taking action in UK against ressorthoppa. They will rue the day they refused to refund me my £45, the money is now of insignificance, it was their truly unbelievable and shocking treatment of me that still sticks in the throat. I do however wish you all the luck in the world.

I've not used Resorthoppa for this particular shuttle but I've used them in many other countries and found them to be on time, polite, helpful and reliable. I have got them booked again for our transfers in Tenerife later on in the year. We've used them in Egypt for the last couple of years. Tried others A2B eg but not as good.

I have resorthoppa (not resort hopper) in Sao Paolo, Cartegna, Kathmandu, Palma, Bangkok and Saigon and never had any problems. I have been using them for 4 years and always been reliable.

we didn't use them in Jamaica, but we did use in turkey , it was ok going from the airport, we had a long transfer and the driver was brilliant. The car was fantastic new and comfy with enough room to stretch out. but on our return they were very late picking us up, and they turned up in mini bus, that was battered and I had to struggle to get in to , being a wheelchair user I had specifically requested an easy entry vehicle which we had on the way to our accommodation being a Mercedes people carrier. So as well as being very worried whether we would be on time at check in I was in pain after struggling to get up the steps. Then to top things off when we arrived home we discovered they had debited more than the quote by £52, which despite complaints and lots of calls never refunded it. I WOULD NEVER GO NEAR THEM AGAIN. When ive been there we asked the hotel if they had a pick up service as many do.

Hello, Iv not used them on your particular rout. With resort hoppa it's a bit of a lottery because they are an agent, just the middle man who take a small cut for arranging the transaction. It's all down to the coach operators, they need to maximise there profits so if there is another flight coming in within the hour that resort hoppa state you may have to Waite you will be waiting. Iv had to Waite over an hour with them and got my cash refunded but that was little consolation for the Waite in the heat. The other thing that may happen is that the coach may be dropping off to a number of different resorts. I have heard on people being on the coach for two and a half hours on a journey that if done direct would only take one hour.

We used ResortHoppa, for the first time, in Portugal in July 2014. We were very pleased with the service except for the cell phone app which we were supposed to use to confirm our return pickup time and place...it just did not work and in the end we had to phone the local office to find the information. I think that the service in each country will be different depending on the quality and reliability of the transfer company that is contracted to do the job. The Portuguese one was great...punctual, modern clean vehicle, polite and helpful drivers. Would use them again.

Not for this location however please heed the advise from adamjamesdj below and avoid this company at all costs. There are other company's that are cheaper than ressorthoppa and definately will offer a better service. I would even recommend paying a bit extra if you can as ressorthoppa are most definately unreliable. Like others below I had also used them for many years but trust me if anything goes wrong their Customer Service is despicable and like adamjamesdj they are the worst, inconsiderate, rude and unreasonable company I have ever dealt with. Please note that it took months to even get them to acknowledge me before experiencing the worst service ever. I wish you luck in making your decision and please enjoy your holiday.
