We have used the Hoppa service many times over the years and without any difficulties. However in May 2016 when my daughter & Son in Law joined my hubby and I on a holiday in Gran Canaria, we were let down badly! Firstly a delay on our flight led to a Long delay in the Transfares. Then Hoppa failed to collect my daughter & Son in Law for their return trip to the airport and a week later failed to collect my hubby and I. “Walk instead of using this company”

Hoppa do not respond to emails about my transfer to portugal booked with lowcostholidays and in June I had to cancel a return with Hoppa for a flight home at 11 am with a pick up time at 5.30 am . why waste your holiday on hoppa, it would have been quicker to walk to the airport… Read Full Review

“Hughe fare increase”

What a huge increase in fares now - single trip from Corralejo to airport 9.48€. No wonder we keep getting 25% discount emails. Anyone know if the service from the airport to Corralejo has improved as to wait in excess of 40/50 minutes for the bus now seems to be the norm. Also many times the bus hasn't dropped off right outside hotel arena in Corralejo, but at the top of the road - though they pick up from directly outside the hotel. “Abandoned at Airport”

In May I preordered a private transfer with 'Hoppa' from Charles de Gaulle airport to Disneyland Paris. We were delayed in immigration due to the volume of passengers. I phoned the agent to let them know about the delay but got no answer. They then phoned me to say they had left the airport and would not be returning. “Inexperienced coach driver”

We booked a shared bus transfer from Palma to Alcudia through resort hoppa. Our inbound transfer was ok, however our outbound journey was like a Jeremy beadle story. They advised us to be at our pick up point at a certain time but to arrive 15 mins before. I gave it 15 mins after the pick up time and still no coach, I called and was advised the driver had had a few problems but would be with us in about 10 mins. i waited over 2 hours at palma airport for transport to my hotel, on 4th June. I arrived at the airport at 12.30, and finally got to my hotel at 4.30. I had booked travel in mini bus with maximum of 4 stops. They actually made 7 stops. I had also booked on the way back to airport for my 11.40 flight to Bristol. “Transfers spoilt holiday”

We have a group of eight people which included disabled and one wheelchair. Because of this, we paid extra money to have transfers from Palma airport to our hotel in Palma Nova by private minibus using Resort Hoppa service. Our instructions said that when we got to the airport, there would be a driver waiting for us holding a card with our name on it. “Disgraceful service! ”

Since booking they changed the supplier about 3 times. We then arrived in Malaga airport with our e ticket and they weren't expecting us! We then asked if our return journey was definitely booked, as I was concerned because we needed to leave at 5am on a Sunday morning. They confirmed it was. I received a confusing text on the Saturday which asked me to call the office, I did, it was shut. I emailed, still no response and we returned home yesterday! “Transfer failed to turn up when I arrived at Monastir...”

On arrival at Monastir airport 23.00 hours NO transport turned up leaving me in Tunisia stranded. Plane was on time so no excuses. Had to get a lift from another coach driver to Tej Marhaba in Sousse which cost me additional 10 euro despite having already paid Hoppa for full transfer. When phoning next day to complain, was told they were at airport absolute rubbish. We got dropped off a few minute walk away from our hostel due to stopping restrictions in the street, on being dropped off we were advised that the pickup point would be in the same place. Sadly we were very disappointed with our recent service with our transfers from Palma Airport to Puerto Pollensa. We are regular users of the service as well as my whole family plus business colleagues and friends who frequent this resort several times a year. I so agree with all you have said. I have used Hoppa (Resort Hoppa) on many occasions but the last time in May was a disaster! I spent two hours waiting at the airport and then was put on a large coach with a lot of frustrated travellers who had clearly been sitting on this coach for some time. I had paid for "speedy" which should have been maximum of four stops - I was the ELEVENTH drop off!! Dreadful service - failed on three points they advertise 1) arrive happy - NO 2) maximum of 45 minutes waiting at airport and 3) ELEVEN drops before I arrived at my destination. Hoppa refunded me 50% of my charge which is something but this company has definitely gone down hill rapidly this year!!!

We just returned from fuerteventura and used hoppa this was a mistake! We paid for a car and got a bus which is ridiculous but a good way for them to make extra money On the way back they didnt even bother to pick us up instead we had to spend almost 80 euros on a taxi There customer service is pathetic was told make own way we have your money thats all we care about They are a lying terrible company who nobody should ever use… Read Full Review

We arrived in Palma on time waited an hour for driver to arrive staff were not helpful only 20 of us waiting no help from staff bus was grotty driver spoke no English arrived very late at hotel , on return tried to phone no answer hotel had tried for other customers and no answer after buying phone card to use at hotel a cost of €20 we wrang home and local office in England confirmed our departure from hotel very bad service would not recommend anyone to use .
