Where to start ! After eventually finding the Hoppa temporary kiosk in the car park in full sun without any seats,we were told there was a delay! There were at least 50 people sitting on their suitcases waiting for their transfers. Should be 20 mins we were told. After an hour waiting they admitted one of their two transports had broken down and they didn't know when we would get transferred .At this stage at least 150 people were waiting and demanding transfers. “Do not use ever / Hoppa are a disgrace”

We arrived in Albufeira on the 11 may 2017 and waited and waited outside the airport with no where to sit we were told that the delay was because they were waiting for a couple who had arrived at airport but who had not arrived yet at hoppa bearing in mind there was a large queue of people one of the ladies was elderly who was walking with the aid of a walking stick another young couple were on their honeymoon! “RETURN TRANSFER DIDN'T TURN UP”

Booked for transfer from Faro airport to Portimao and also for return journey. Waited at Airport for 25 minutes until other passengers arrived which was fine. Had a mini bus for 5 (3 separate groups) of us which was good but everyone was going to different resorts. The driver was very polite and friendly. “DO NOT USE”

When we arrived at Palma airport...9.30pm...it took almost an hour to queue at their counter...to be told that there was no coach available to our resort of Cala D'or...and therefore we had to self fund a taxi...80 euros. Other people travelling to far away resorts were also being told the same thing. We had a prebooked transfer..confirmed by email & text....yet no coach was available. Your driver will be ready and waiting so you arrive happy on the 08 Apr 2017. Get your e-Ticket on your phone.

The above text was received the previous day.

There was no driver 'ready and waiting ...only a representative at the desk to tell us there was no coach available.
Despite our confirmed booking and plea for help we were turned away.

By chance I overheard someone else in the queue being directed to a Cala D'or coach so I asked why we were told there was no coach....and could we use it?
We were told ...no...because it was full.

They were waiting for a passenger...who, thankfully for us...didn't turn up....do they eventually let us on.

If that passenger had arrived...we would have been stuck at the airport....with no transfer and expected to pay €80 ourselves for a taxi to our resort.

Very stressful and upsetting experience.

“Never again”

We had the misfortune to book this company from Alicante to Benidorm on The 13th March. We sat on the bus 45 mins before we set off and then another hour and 45 mins to arrive at our hotel.. It was torrential rain and there were about 15/16 drop offs. The driver was asking the customers if they would mind getting off some distance from their hotels as kit would save him driving around for an extras 20 mins.!! “Is all about terms and conditions”

This company is An agent only,with more conditions attached than you'd care to remember. Some of the good ones are this company has the right to drop you any where on route, has no resposibility to transfer you at all and then keep your money. For a stressful experience book this company. Seriously, go to trip advisor put your destination and enter transfers. Then book yourself with a reputable local transfer company. Can't really say a great deal other than how brilliant the water taxi transfer was from Marco polo airport to our hotel. From arrival at the airport to getting to our destination, it was clear, precise, informative and not requiring a second thought. “A few problems with a happy ending”

“Excellent after sales servuce”

Had a booking for a transfer but st very short notice I had to add an extra person to one leg of the trip. The customer servuce rep was fantastic and managed to sort it for really fast. Unfortunately when we turned up, the driver had only space for the original 4 pax. A quick tweet to the office and a review was promised straight away. “Great Customer Service ”

Booked a 'private' transfer from Arrecife airport to Pto del Carmen on 9th January. Our flight landed some 30 minutes early thanks to a tail wind. “Non Pickup”

My wife and I arrived at Phuket Airport at 10 at night. In spite of searching the line of people with names, none could be found with ours. Unable to contact Hoppa and in spite of asking locally, we had to pay for a local taxi to take us to our hotel.
