Transfer was from Larnaca airport to Pyla and return 2 weeks later. On arrival at Larnaca, Resorthoppa representative was waiting as promised and transfer to Pyla in a very luxurious vehicle followed with no problems and a very friendly driver. Our return to Larnaca airport 2 weeks later was equally as efficient, with the vehicle arriving at exactly the time specified and transfer to Larnaca airport taking about 25 mins as expected. Have used Resorthoppa several times now and have never had any issues. They always seem to be the cheapest too! Both ways of the journey they were there on time. No issues at all and will use again. I have used Resorthoppa several times for transfers from Faro Airport. Booking is straighforward and the reasonable prices make car hire from the airport unecessary. On the latest occasion the carrier was Greenbus. Check-in at the airport took a matter of a few minutes at a dedicated desk and we were on our way in an eight-seater (actually carring only six) within a5 minutes. Bus waiting for us at arrival,didn't have to wait long before we were on our way to our apartment, it was like going on a mini trip around the resorts on our journey. Went up and down the Line several times, eventually found someone who seemed to be overburdened with multiple firms/paperwork who sent us off to one side to another who did no know which way to turn. Arrived at airport, had to wait in a huge queue for someone to stamp our voucher, then wait in yet another queue to wait for an available coach! Then the driver had no idea where to drop us, had to keep stopping to ask locals for directions! Our return transfer driver was annoyed we hadn't kept the original voucher that had been stamped even though we weren't told too, only had the return voucher. I would recommend resorthoppa.com to all travellers. We booked the express shuttle from Faro airport and was extremely pleased with the service. The staff were friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. Our journey to the resort was completed in under an hour and right to the door. The return journey we were picked up on time and we didn't have to drive around different resorts picking up, we went steraight to the airport. We used resorthoppa for our transfer from the airport to Salou,what a nightmare,driver had no idea where the hotel was when we eventually got there one of our bags was missing driver didnt want to know his only intrest was getting home,this was 2am by the way, had to end up getting the hotel to phone the police.one week later time to go home but not according to resorthoppa,phoned to confirm everything was ok after the carry on getting there,couldnt find our booking said phone back later... We found our coach and waited about 20 minutes before heading off to Palma Nova, which was not bad as it was a full coach full of holiday makers. Just returned from a flying visit to Euro Disney with my two girls. Organised everything to the letter including RESORTHOPPA private transfers from Charles de Gaulle. Arrived at Terminal 2 with my two excited little girls hoping to be in the park by late morning. Came out and NO DRIVER!! Asked around the busy unhelpful airport staff.
