“unreliable and uncaring”

Ordered private transfer from sharm airport. Herded to car eay away with cases along with what seemed hundreds of others. No taxis available to pick us up. Waited 75 minutes in dark and cold. Rep disappeared. Other holiday maker had to chase after him not allowing him to go without getting manager. Everyone had gone except three couples. We booked for private transfer from CDG Airport Paris to our Hotel. Plus return transfer. We arrived at the Terminal 2A and had been told that the driver would be waiting with our name on a clipboard. We waited for 30 minutes and then rung the contact number.FOUR TIMES we were told that the driver was on his way.After a further 30 minutes we went to look for HIM. “don.t get what you pay for”

we paid extra for a 4 stop transfer from Alicante to Benidorm which was a complete waste of money as we checked in at the airport and was told to get on bus 19 which we did and were the 8th drop so as you can see why pay the extra. To be fair the return transfer was only 4 pick ups but we had been let down on the other transfer.When you arrive late evening at airport you don.t expect to be 0ne hour thirty minutes for a 45 minute transfer thats why we paid the extra so as for value for money… Read Full Review

“ABANDONED FOR RETURN JOURNEY”

My husband and I were left stranded at 6am in New York City having cooker transfers with resort hoppa. Eventually having to book a taxi, costing $100, and cutting it fine to catch our flight, the end of a wonderful trip was ruined. No apology received. No timely answers to complaints. Have just returned from Benidorm and have used resort hoppa they are brilliant,both pickups where on time and coach clean driver very happy and helpful, the tv on bus to resort was a great idea and kept everyone happy on transfer and the time flew by.I would not hesitate to use them again and will recommend to family and friends and its nice to give good feedback on a good service plus the prices are very reasonable, thankyou resort hoppa keep up the good service… Read Full Review

“Awful. No show for return transfer. They don't care...”

The fact that they will not receive complaints by phone says it all. They closed the phone lines due to abuse from irate customers. They did not pick up for return journey, told us to get a taxi. The email complaint system takes 14 days to respond to your email, every time you email them. Do not use them… Read Full Review

Booked transfer from Antayla airport to hotel. Transfer cancelled because the supplier said our hotel was in a different place. Oir hotel had not moved. Only given 24 hours notice to let to re arrange another transfer, in the end managed to find a taxi company which we could prebook, after searching for several hours. We booked speedy shuttle - max 4 stops - from Tenerife South Airport on their estimated journey time of 15 minutes to Los Christianos. We arrived at the desk and joined a 50 yard long queue. There was only one person dealing with the check in. One hour later we had a hand waved in our face and told Coach No. 14. After a 45 minute wait on the Coach we set off and were the ninth drop off. We booked this so called transfer company to transfer us on our Majorca holiday in August 2014. The transfer from airport to hotel ended up with us being dropped off at the wrong hotel/resort. Two adults and three children,at midnight , having to arrange a taxi to take them to the right place. Next time I'll hire a car or trust to getting a taxi at the airport. Although everything worked out ok in the end, it was no thanks to them. We heard afterwards that they are "OK" if you are going to a known location (ie hotel/apartment block) but almost useless if headed for anywhere less obvious (as we were - a private rented villa). “Fulfilled all my expectations”

Chose ResortHoppa for a private taxi from Faro to Monte Gordo in Algarve. This is the first time I've made my own arrangements so was a little concerned whether it would all run smoothly. I shouldn't have worried. At Faro airport the desk was clear to see and it only took a minute to check paperwork and for driver to appear. I have raised a complaint with resorthoppa.com about the fact that our bus transfer driver from Palma Majorca airport to Puerto Pollensa drove over our pushchair and completely destroyed it. This was on the first day of our holiday before we even arrived at our destination. After wasting much time reporting the incident with the Spanish suppliers, they admitted liability and offered compensation via email but have since gone completely silent. “Late and dangerous!”

Booked a return journey resort to airport in Gran Canaria. I guess you get what you pay for so be warned! Our bus turned up 40 minutes late. We phoned the office and were told twice our pick was going to be 5-10 minutes. When it did arrive the driver had no paperwork to confirm our booking. The driver refused to open the luggage area so we travelled with our bags on our lap. He drove like an F1 driver to the next 2 pick up points. “Almost ruined perfect holiday”

We were well greeted upon arrival to Bodrum and everybody was happy to help us with our transfer. We had an amazing holiday UNTIL the transfer back to the airport. Our speedy transfer was over an hour late (we are not sure it ever turned up). We got lucky and a family took us in their private shuttle otherwise we would have missed our flight. I just this minute returned from gerona. My transfer was meant to pick me up at 5:50am. My flight was at 10:20, so almost 5 hrs early. But that's no excuse for not turning up! I waited, on my own, amongst drunks on their way back from clubbing, for 1 hour. I ended up calling a taxi at 52euros. I am not happy! I want my money back (I have a receipt) my pay for the transfer and an apology for the stress this has caused.
