Resorthoppa are terrible. Arrived at airport after 25hour flight only to be told after 1 hour of waiting that we were at the wrong place (were told someone would be there with a sign) and then when trying to get on the bus our reservations had been cancelled due to having bike boxes....this was confirmed in email only weeks prior to our travels. Constant phone calls still could not get our reserved seats confirmed and in the end did not use them at all and had to pay for own transport. They are now pretty much refusing to reimburse.

BEWARE RESORT HOPPER TRANSFERS CAN DAMAGE YOU HEALTH well 18 nov 2009 arrived at lanzarote airport followed directions to the resort hopper desk...no one around waited 30 mins... then lady turned up...said had to wait anoyher 45 mins for another flight to come in..,when complained she said you only waited just over an hour...yes they have the right name ...hop to your hotel lol

This company is terrible! We went to Santa Ponsa in August for a week. Were supposed to be staying at Plazamar apts but were moved because they were double book. Anyway Resort Hoppa told us that we would still have to go back to Plazamar to be picked up for journey home as this was the original place we were supposed to stay at. We waited at the Plazamar to be picked up but they never showed!!! Called them and were told that we should have been at the Gran Plaza hotel to get picked up!!! Nev ...

We used Resort Hoppa on our trip to Tenerife. After reading previous reviews I was prepared for the worst. I must say that once we found the desk the mini-bus was sorted out within 10 minutes and there was only one other drop for accommodation. On our return to the airport it said that you had to ring them to confirm your pick-up. I used the hotel telephone but could not get through to them - I must say I only tried twice. Booked Resort Hoppa online, return journey Majorca Airport to Alcudia. Was only going for a 4 night break, taking my Mum with me. Arrived 18/09/09 at PMI Majorca, boarded coach quite quickly, thought this is good. After a two and a half hour journey, with stiff legs we arrived at our destination.

the worst transfer services ever,shuttle transfer from dalaman to marmaris is 6 hours.Horrible,fast drivers with playing loud wierd turkish music so far from traffic rules and no english speaking..

Arrived at Palma no problem resorthoppa waiting for us it took 1hour 50 min to get to hotel but was dropped outside .No text for return but when i asked at reception there was a note telling us when we would be picked up and we where picked up at that time .So we had no problem at all.

Will never book transfer with Resorthoppa again. The company representative welcomed us at Dalaman airport and that's the only good experience I had with Resorthoppa. Car was dirty, driver sloppy. That was the first impression and it was only getting worse! The driver was speeding, driving 120 in 50 km zone and looking everywhere just not on the road! True nightmare. Arrived at Palma for what we thought - as stated on confirmation email - a 20 min journey to Magaluf - 2 hrs later we still on the bus dropping other people off ! Was told to expect a tx message to confirm pick up time for journey back to airport. No text !! Numerous phone calls - costing probably a small fortune at my expense - eventually being given our time. I hope I never have to deal with this company again.
We were kept waiting over two hours after arriving at the airport before the bus departed and we were last to arrive at the pick-up point. We were repeatedly told 'another ten minutes'. Other passengers were kept waiting over two and a half hours.
I tried to confirm pick-up for our return flight, only to be told the system was down. When I eventually got through I was given conflicting pick-up points. We arrived twenty minutes early at the pic ...

We stayed at the Botel Alcudiamar in Alcudia, Majorca in October 2009, the transfers from the airport to hotel went smoothly, however when I rang to reconfirm return journey, Resort Hoppa stated that we had to meet the coach at the taxi rank quite some distance away. it was only due to the kindness of the hotel receptionist using his own car to transport us and the luggage that avoided any problems,He did say he has this problem all the time with this company, It seems an odd state of affairs th ...

we had no choice but to use resorthoppa as this is who lowcostholidays use as their agents. WE DID WHAT WE WERE ASKED TO DO THAT WAS TEXT OUR FLIGHT DEATAILS AND DATE WE WERE GOING HOME TO THEM AND THEY WOULD TEXT BACK THE PICK UP TIME. They never did and we were sat at out hotel 90 minutes before take off waiting for them. we made several phone calls at our expence , and stressed out as they did not even bother to get in touch with us.

OCTOBER 2009 - Resort transfers with resorthopper.com

Well unbelievable,we had the same situation with resorthopper as the guests who visited Alcudia in June. We were 3 adults who booked a return transfer between Palma and the resort of Sa Coma. Our experiance using Resorthopper from Girona to Santa Susana.(Royal Sun Hotel)
We found it took a long time for our drop off, due to going to other resorts and hotels. Oweing to our hotel being on the other side of a main road and train track the trouble was that from where they dropped us off we had to go up steps onto a bridge then down more steps to a ramp then up 20 steps to the hotel reception. We used Resort Hoppa when arriving at Dalaman airport on 10/9/2009. HAd booked online in UK, and received clear directions in a confirmation e-mail. Resort Hoppa stand easy to find, the only one with a canopy. Staff pleasant and helfpul, drive loaded our bags. We were supposed to be collecting another couple, but they didn't show up, so we had a mimubus all to ourselves.

we arrived at palma airport on september the 21 , we had prebooked a tranafere with resothopper . we were sent to our mini bus which was minibus number 67 the time was around 12 pm , when we got to the bus there was no driver present , so we proceeded to put our luggage in the boot , w3hen the driver returned this seemed to annoy him very much , he told us to get off the bus and remove our luggage , which we did , after hwich he put it all back in the same place .we carried on with our journey ...

Beware of this company!

I booked return transfers to Alcudia, Mallorca for my friend and me in June. When it came to going home I was supposed to receive a text confirming our departure time, which I didn't. I then had to go out of my way to get to an internet cafe to confirm online. Despite doing this our coach never picked us up. I tried to phone the emergency line a number of times on my mobile and on a pay phone but it did not work. We waited an hour in total and had to pay 80 euros for a t ...

July 2009 Resort Hoppa Ruined our last day of holiday, hard to confirm but managed on the internet. They were supposed to pick us up 10.50am and still hadn't arrived by 11.30am. Phoned emergency number 3 times and was told they were on their way. Finaly at 12noon they advised us to get a taxi so they were not going to pick us up. I have e-mailed many conplaints to resort hoppa showing a copy of receipt of 35 euros taxi but they have no intention of refunding.
