I booked a transfer with resort hoppa and it said that i had booked a 'shuttle transfer'. When I left the airport it was a coach which i was not happy about as i expected a small shuttle bus. I then sat on the coach and had to wait one hour and a half before we got on our way. I was fuming and tried to speak to the driver who just said that he didn't speak english. I don't feel that I got what I paid for and I wouldn't book through them again! (read more)

Having arrived in Tenerife on 31st May and had a satisfactory transfer to our resort,I found that I had put the wrong date for our return journey, the 13th instead of the 14th. After contacting the local coach company to be told that any changes should come from resorthoppa, I emailed customer services on the 1st June. This works great the reception is by the exit door just before you leave the airport, all staff very helpfull and polite They dropped us off 50 ft from our villa. This was a total waste of time ! I arrived at Malaga airport , went to to kiosk I was told to via the e mail and when I got there the kiosk was closed , there was a queue a mile long of people waiting , I could not / did not have time to wait there because I had arrange to meet my daughter who had arrived on a different flight ( she lives in Spain ) outside the building . Used Resorthoppa recently from Palma to Sa Coma in Majorca, journey was fine no issues, however it would be good if when you are checking in at the desk they inform you of estimated depature time of your coach, it will enable you to go for a drink/snack/toilet break ect.. It was very easy finding where to go and which bus we should get on but the main gripe was the transfer was estimated to be 60mins but ended up over 2 hours. This was a factor in deciding where we went as the transfer on a previous holiday had been too long (although we were expecting it). Also our bus pulled up with no explanation given and we had to wait around for 10mins for another one (this was in the middle of the night and a little scary). Great price and all the staff were friendly but We had to wait 1hr 10 mins to leave the airport. This really wouldn't have mattered if we had been given a departure time so we could have gone to the cafe for a drink, as it was we sat on a hot coach getting bored. Although they said the transfer would take 28mins, that does not include dropping off other travellers or traffic! The coach did arrive on time to pick up up though. Sally's mum and dad were with us this time and as both of them are not the steadiest or agile being disabled we opted for private taxi transfer. We chose the Speedy Shuttle service from Palma to Puerto Pollensa. The desk in Palma was easy to find and we were told that there were 6 other passengers that were on our flight travelling with us. We went to the mini bus and had to wait a while ( longer than the 30 minute wait that the speedy shuttle quotes) for the other passengers due to the fact that they had lost some luggage. I received an email telling me that Club La Costa is not in fuengirola but Mijas Costa and they wanted an additional £60 for our return transfer. Booked a transfer from Crete Airport the flight from Glasgow took 4 hrs and then it took another 4 hours after landing to get to the resort with resort hoppa. Stood over an hour in line just to be told what bus to get on them another 40 mins on the bus before it left the car park everybody on the bus was complaining. I have used Resorthopper for many years to get me from Alicante Ariport to my apartment in Cala de Finestrat near Benidorm. I used to hire a car until Resorthopper started but haven't done so since. The service from the airport is very efficient, the pickup at the airport is easy to find, the wait on the bus is very reasonable, the longest I have waited is 30 minutes and always on the bus, never waiting for it. Our confirmation advised that we would be on route a maximum of 45 minutes from confirming with our representative and that our estimated transfer time was 27 minutes. We found our coach easily and within 10 minutes, the bus was full. The driver then sat with the engine running for an hour trying to figure out his route as he had so many drop offs. On arrival at Faro Airport with a 2 year old baby we went to the transfer desk which was run by the local coach company Greenbus. We were told that the transfer was not ready due to them waiting for other guests.
