We were dropped of by the bus driver at the wrong appartments and had to walk quite a distance to the right address. Normally no problem,whoever my wife walks with a crutch and the hill downwards was very steep. Sent a mail to hoppa, problem solved. “terrible terrible service”

i booked private car for return transfers with hoppa from Lanzarote airport to apartments 10 mins away. pick up was great (even though a bigorange minibus was waiting instead of private car) as transfer station is situated at airpot. However, return pick up was terrible. I selected 5pm pick up and as requested stood outside apartment exactly where I was dropped off initially 15 mins prior. Last reply from hoppa was not pleasant. The gps maps prove the car was not sitting where it initially dropped us off at the address I provided (main entrance gate) I seen the bus pass further away down the wrong street. Tried to wave it down but too far for driver to notice us. In fact it looks like he went down a few small streets except the main one he was supposed to. A backup vehicle should have been sent out, I assumed that is what the emergency line was for, not to be out on hold for 29 mins and told to make my own way.

“Portugal transfer ”

I booked transfers through Hoppa I had arranged to meet my sister at Faro airport we had one flight from Gatwick and one from Bristol 8 of us traveling my flight came in last and on arrival we all went to get our transfer to be told Hoppa had only given one flight no (the earlier one) and we was down as a No Show ! “Problems have been resolved”

We usually use Hoppa but on the last holiday to Ibiza they weren't quite up to scratch. On the way to our hotel we had to wait double the usual time and on the way back they did not pick us up and to make matters worse was the fact that no-one answered the phones. (We had had no problems when we went to Ibiza and used them last year.) Since our return they sorted it out and reimbursed us and hopefully will make sure no-one else has this experience. When you go away you try to ensure the best possible experience with no hassles. If you want the opposite then use Hoppa. Having booked a private transfer from Mahon Airport to Cala Alcaufar and a similar return journey that would be the minimum that would be expected. “Lost in Mallorca”

I used hoppa on a recent visit to Jersey. The driver going was brilliant the returning driver was not however I complained to hoppa and had half my fee repaid and the everything was done in a timely manner. We booked a private return transfer for 6 adults and 4 children at a cost of £292, to include 1 child seat and 3 booster seats and requested confirmation that these would be supplied. 7 emails and 3 telephone calls later we finally got confirmation the day before we travelled. I have already sent an email to Hoppa via your 'after travel service' and have not had a reply which in unsurprising considering the problems already encountered. The booking reference is K1577349, which was provided on the email. We are also still waiting for the refund of the cost of the childseats.
