Good Points: I was able to look at some of the furniture in the range at the regional depot before purchasing. I was able to make a personal contact at the depot. The delivery date was discussed up front and the goods turned up as quoted. Quality of office furniture was very good. Deskshop are interested in customers and took the time to discuss my requirements and help with the selection before purchasing.
Bad Points: None
General comments: Having read some horror reviews concerning office furniture purchased blind over the internet, I set out to find a supplier who's warehouse I could visit, goods I could assess, and to make a personal contact.
Deskshop delivered in every way from the warehouse visit, to the quality and delivery of the goods.
If your worried about getting stuck with a disreputable company then do yourself a favour and deal with these guys.
Next time I would be confident to proceed directly with the internet order.
