    Im not normally a very easily pleased customer but i was astonished but the level of professional service i received from specsdot. The Customer service was great i had a few queries so i emailed and the response was almost instant, I found it was very easy to order, and the turn around was fast when the glasses arrived the quality was brilliant too. Defiantly by using them again.

    Ordering is easy enough, find the frames you like, add your prescription and you're away. What is poor is that you get a single email to confirm that your order has been recieved, and then another one (some weeks later) to say that the order has been dispatched. Nothing else. Nada. Zilch. I left a message on the website 'contact' as I was getting concerned about the order, but heard nothing from them at all. All rather worrying with £200 worth of glasses at stake.     I found Specsdot.com to be a real disappointment. I wanted to order a pair of prescription sunglasses and one pair of standard prescription glasses. There was difficulty with this right from the start as I hadn't confirmed an actual order via their website due to wanting to negotiate a discount, but found that just by putting items in the shopping cart this created an order without my knowledge. I had not been asked to confirm the order or make payment, so was shocked when I had an order confirm ...
