    Good Points: Reasonable products. OK prices.


    Bad Points: Most customer service agents OK, but one I found rude and interrupted me during our phonecall, which I do not like. The customer is always right.


    General comments: www.jomalone.co.uk has been used by myself on a few occassions, however after I was interrupted by a Jo Malone customer service agent during a phonecall in which I enquired about some fragrances in detail I slammed down the phone and never called back. The products are good, just people like this anger me, I was talking.
