I purchased a car from lookers saab in liverpool after a short period of time i had a problem with the gear box . i reported this and took it in after over 2 week it came out fix or so i thought . after driving the car for a few months it just didnt seem right so i took the car in to have a service at the same time i ask if they could have a look at for me. when i returnd back to collect the car the dealer said the had put the wrong program on the car which they have sorted now. after a few more month a problem started happening again which it went in to the garrage lookers at liverpool. which they said that they couldnt find a fault this happen abou 6 times and the same happened but now the car has done 69000 mile and is out of warrity it has stated to get worse i took it back and now it is in need of yet another gear box of which saab and the customer service side do not want to know any thing about and on the occation that it was reported to the garrage it was never loged on the computer.but the service i got was very poor and from a dealer as well.
