In March 2011 I bought a brand new Suzuki Alto Cruz motor car from a main Suzuki dealership. I thought a brand new car, low road tax, economical, no worries for three years as no MOT and the car was warranted. Here I am in September 2011 being asked to fork out £150 for two new front tyres and tracking as well as waiting for them to accept that the plastic trim to the outside of the car along the doors should not fall off whilst driving. I called Suzuki as the local dealer said he couldn't put new tyres on it although the ones that were on it were illegal. Tracking was off although they had to accept that there was no apparent cause for it (i.e. no lump or bulge indicative of kerbing, no digns/ dents etc etc). So I asked Suzuki Customer Services on their 0500 number to resolve the tyre issues with a car which is just 6 months old and needs two new tyres already and they said no. I quote the operator
