Good Points: Stunning looks - will turn heads
Exclusivity - not many on the road at the momment
Great on Motorway - excellent cruiser
Cabin is fresh and up to date
Good rear head room - I'm 6ft and can sit at ease
Boot opens in two parts - sounds gimmicky but you'll soon wonder how you lived without it!

Bad Points: Economy not as great as could be (430-450 miles to tank)
Needs grunt to get going & runs out of revs very quickly in 1st
    Boot access not largest
Some plastics could be better quality

General comments: I've just done 5K miles in my Kuga across the past 6 weeks - it's a great car! - Easy to drive, good poke once going and boy'o'boy still turning loads of heads. On the day I picked the car up I caught someone in a brand new X5 giving the car a good look up and down.

I recommend anyone thinking about an SUV to give this a try - you will not be dissapointed.

The new Ford Kuga is Ford's big European step into the 4x4/SUV market. Intended to rival the Volkswagen Tiguan, Honda CR-V and Toyota Rav4, this economical 4x4 is likely to be Ford's top vehicle of 2008 in terms of popularity. With surprising good looks that haven't been part of the 4x4 mandate until the last few years, the Ford Kuga is stylish and economical at the same time. Ford are offering some likeable extras too, like a £1000 sat nav system and cool leather seats, and even twin chro ...
