    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: Everything. Call lack of quality, lack of Customer Service, Lack of follow thru, impossible to speak with. Just a nasty company.


    General comments: Voipgo are terrible cheats. Cancelled within their cancellation policy of 30 days and I get the run around everytime I contact customer service that is if I can get thru at all. Been told supervisor will call me at least 5 times now without any calls. Took my money and will not refund it . BBB said I am out of luck this is an F rated company.

    Avoid voipgo. I have no ax to grind, have no investment in their downfall. The company seems unable to get out of it's own way. WIth so many superior Voip services, there is no need to use this company. You will regret it. I won't tell my life story here, but I now use Callcentric. I also used ITP. Both are infinitely superior to Voipgo. I am currently filing a complaint with the Canadian Better Business Bureau.

    I've been with voipgo since January of 2007.- almost 2 years of service and i only recall a handful of outages, and most were at times that i didnt even notice- quality is good, although there is some day that its a little scratchy but compared to other providers voipgo is the cream of the crop.

    My phone does not work about 2 to 3 hours a day and it is consistent since the day 1.The problem has never been fixed.The phone quality is terrible. I could'nt even call some number in my own are code !!!I decided to cancel the phone : they never get back to me regarding how to return the equipment for refund etc ... Actually they never return emails or phone calls. Actually don't even try to call their 1888, nobody ever answer the phone : it's simply a scam. I signed a 1 year contra ...

    Ordered one year services fom Voipgo, put $ 150.00 on my credit card, received e-mail ticket that I would be contacted by a rep within 3-4 hours, It's been 7 days, have sent several e-mails, no reply and cannot reach them on their phone line. Have tried each day, once waited on "handsfree" for 4 hours! Have contacted my credit card company and will contact BBB.

    I paid Voipgo for the year in advance when I got the service. I had issues with the quality and I had to cancel within 30 days. I am still waiting for a refund of $220 and it has been 4 months since I cancelled my service. Customer service is poor and they will not even reply to me. I do not trust them anymore. I opened a dispute finally with the credit card company and I am waiting for a resolution. Will file this with BBB.

    I also have been a voipgo client, summary of experience:very unreliable service compared to vonage , sometimes it will take them 8hours before they decide to reboot their server to fix my issue ! during the 8 hours u simply don't have a phone, I was lucky I had vonage that I used to call them to get their line fixedBut when it came to reimburse me my money, I discovered who I really was dealing with, I finally got my money but through a charge back from my visa cardmy honest advise: it is too g ...

    My experience with Voipgo www.voipgo.com has been a pretty horrible nightmare. At first I was willing to deal with some occasional hassles in return for an extremely competitive rate. Initial problems were that the line dropped frequently while I was on the phone and the calls would be cut. The sound quality varies. Sometimes a single 5 minute phone call would get cut 3-4 times. Often I would get up in the morning to find I had no dial tone. Or I would go to make a call and find I had a fast bus ...
