    Good Points: Very comprehensive cover, good price, top notch customer service.


    Bad Points: Not the cheapest policy around, however I do feel it was worth the extra.


    General comments: The person I spoke to at Home Insurance Online, was very friendly. He listened to what I needed, then made sure I got it.I needed the insurance for a house I was about to move into. Due to unforeseen circumstances the move date had to be changed. As I had already set up the policy I thought this would be a problem, I emailed home insurance online with the new date and he called me back within 5 minutes confirming that he had changed the date.I haven't had to make a claim yet, but so far I am really pleased with product and service.
