Good Points: They took my money very quickly.
Bad Points: Personally was unhappy with the support staff. Servers for me were also quite poor in my opinion. Request for support emails as far as I am aware have not yet been received.
General comments: I rented a gaming server from Rackage for a month to play BF2, from the outset there were nothing but problems in my experience, I had to constantly have the server restarted by the support staff, and I personally was unhappy with the help I received. Emails sent to support often didnt get received by the rackage staff as far as I am aware (even though they were sent with no problem and received receipts were issued back to me) After about 10 various issues with the server, the final fault was never resolved, they told me everything was OK when clearly it was not, I do not recommend rackage.
