This is a travel agency who will overcharge your credit card. They have been reported to the California Attorney General and are not BBB accredited..for good reason. Read other Internet reviews and avoid at all cost. Stick with more established travel agencies!

“TRAVELATION" website. Anyone heard of them?”

I am looking for some inexpensive tickets from Oakland to Atlanta and I found an unbelievable deal on Travelation.com. I can get two tickets for a United flight for less than half the price of United.com. I have never heard of this company and wonder if anyone has an opinion or a suggestion on how to check them out. I just purchased tickets to Europe at this website, and they cancelled my tickets without letting me know. The morning after the purchase, I got a call from my credit card company saying "the company you purchased the tickets from did not give us the code". They even did not know what the code was so they did not give it to my credit card company. I called them and e-mailed them, then finally they sent me a e-mail saying the purchase was cancelled, not until I contacted them first!!! Not... (read more)
