Good Points: High speeds, easy communications, absolutely painless migration.
Bad Points: None I can see
General comments: Why is it that the mega telecom firms can make such a hash of providing a broadband service, but a tiddler like Titan can get everything right? Sure you pay a bit more, but you sure as heck get what you pay for with Titan. I have been an internet user for over 12 years, and have had a broadband connection since my exchange went live 5 years ago. My two previous ISP's, Bulldog and Tiscali, gave me nothing but grief. Slow speeds, dropped connections, blocked ports etc. None of this applies with Titan. Fast, consistent and reliable. A genuine 10/10 service.

Great price, excellent speed, fast support with forum and ticketing system. Great to deal with. Excellent Pings for online gaming too! Well recommend Titan ADSL

Unfaultable for me. Customer Service on migration perfect. I made a polite enquiry by email and when I phoned to check, the person I spoke to had dealt with the request and gave me my start date. He phoned me back when my mobile dropped the connection. Superfast connection, unbroken, ever since. Don't bother anywhere else, go to Titan.
