I have been with a lot of IPS's, BT, Sky, NTL before it was Virgin, plusnet etc. I came to accept that at busy periods it was just the way it was that your broadband got capped to hell. I asked titan to connect me and was originally able to contact them by phone and email but after promising me callbacks on a few occasions then not calling me back, promising to have me connected by a certain date then not getting me connected- again with no call or email to say what was happening etc weeks later they dropped off the radar completely. Having been with TitanADSL for nearly three years now, there is no doubt they are an excellent ISP. Sadly I have now left due to my usage starting to get higher and higher but if you can afford it for your level of usage and want a reliable service it is definitely worth it. “Reliable internet but terrible if you leave”

During my time with Titan I had a very reliable connection, no complaints at all. The issue which I've never experienced with any other company and that includes all the usual like Sky, BT etc was the fact that 2 months after leaving they sent me an invoice for a random amount of money during a month I wasn't even with them. Supplied my MAC to Titan a few weeks ago - nothing's happened. Emailed Titan a week or so ago, and the blame was placed at BT's door - quite feasible. However, to date, still nothing. No updates, no communication, no courtesy, no indication they are serious. Emailed today and yet to receive a response. Thank god someone has done it right! I was first introduced to Titanadsl 4 years ago, prior to that I was always going with the bigger ISP’s (BT, Virgin, Talktalk, Tiscali etc.). We use Surf for our business allot and I quickly found out how easy they are to work with. The main difference is the customer service; when I call up 9/10 times I am the first in the queue. I've been with Titan for nearly 2 years and so far so good. Speed and reliability is excellent. Their support is outstanding and they're extremely fast at replying to support emails. On the rare occasions my connection drops, they have fixed the issue promptly. Benn with several ISP's over the last 5 years or so (Zen, Pipex, etc etc) and always had a slow connection 600kbps at best, with frequent drop outs etc. Always told it was due to line length. Joined Titan about 8 months ago and continued to have issues until last week when Titan took over my line at the exchange. Used titan for 3 years had a thunder storm a few weeks back which took out my business's broadband service. I sent them an email and within 5 mins received a reply asking me to try a few things which didn't worked and advised them of this. “Very Poor Company”

Do not use Titan adsl. They take different amounts out of your bank without informing you. I swapped to a another provider 2 months ago and they have just taken 60.00 from my bank. When you ring them you NEVER get a answer. I am in dispute with them now about the above money. They have tried to put the blame on my new provider which is total rubbish. I am now putting the matter in the hands of my solicitor and trading standards. Please heed this warning and dont have anything to do with titan. (read more)

Speeds are so much better than my previous ISP (using the same BT line) and the customer service really is second to none. I made an account just to give a review for Titan. This is the worst company I've ever been with. I joined them a couple months ago when they were ranked higher and had better reviews but now I side the people who rated them poorly. They were unable to provide me with the accurate dates for the line installation. For the first date they gave we had our landlord sit in (while we were at work) and nobody showed up. For notes on how to deliver a service see TitanADSL (that means you Tiscali and BT). With a tear in my eye, this will be my final review as a titan customer. After 5 years of faultless service, I'm moving to talk talk now that my exchange has been upgraded. So whats it been like? I saw an advert for BT saying I can get broadband for £13 per month then I realised i had to buy line rental off them for £14.60 and the broadband was for only 10GB usage which was nothing plus it would cost me more money. I found Titan thought this site 2 months ago and I get unlimited broadband for £13.99 and line rental for £12.35 and I'm on a 3 month min contract where with BT I would have been in an 18 month contract so I got to say Titan is awesome BT is poo. I have been a Titan customer since 2007, when I saw they had fibre optic broadband I jumped the chance. My connection speed went from 15meg to 76meg on the fibre services which is nice to have a little more to play around with especially with kids. I transferred to Titan about a year ago and have absolutely no complaints. Migration was easy, speed is constant, connection hasn't failed yet and I haven't had any problems so far. Their customer service is wonderful. Only had a couple of minor queries and both times spoke to really helpful people in this country! Moved from Fast.co.uk to Titan as Titan have LLU in our area, and im getting 4 x the speed now at 1 third the price (was getting 4mbs with Fast, now i get 16mbs with Titan. Titan LLU is simply great with great customer service. Fast, whom i used to rate well, are a company i would not go back too. Try leaving them and see how much they spit there dummy out, their `helpful` and `polite` attitude soon change to one sentence emails without politeness as soon as you ask for the PUK code. Spent the last 18 months on BTs dreadfully service, I came on here to see some new potential providers. I saw a review on Titan took the plunge and 5 days later I migrated, my broadband connection has increased to 19mbs and to top it all off my ping time has gone down to 14ms and being an online gamer it's important. I have been through 3 suppliers in the past 2 months which promised me better speeds and reliability all of this suppliers let me down badly, I read reviews on here for Titan and after a few days of moving across to Titan I had the same problem as previous suppliers so I explained what I had done to remedy my broadband service and within minutes Titan gave me two other things to try and ooooo la la my connection was better than ever. If you want to keep your sanity as well as your money DON'T sign up with Titan. First week went smoothly from then on downhill. Connection very very slow. Apparently BT's fault. Pretend that you get static IP, haven't noticed any of that!! You can't contact them on the phone after 5pm and weekends!! Explain something to you on the phone then do the opposite!!!! Was a customer until recently. One day without warning internet stopped working. Was given the run around for over 2 months being told that it was BT's fault cause phone line was disconnected and also being told that BT were in the process of fixing it. The problem with getting broadband in my (and friends') experience is that you look at the prices and Titan looks pricey and others look much cheaper.
