I have been with Titan for about a week now and I am extremely happy. Signing up was easy and the customer service assistant was extremely helpful and helped me choose a package which would suit my needs, unlike my last ISP who completely shafted me.
I can recommend Titan very highly.

Fantastic as usual, just ran a ping test on pingtest.net and got an A rated line. This is fantastic for online gaming.

Currently undergoing an upload upgrade, but BT are dragging their heels, titanadsl are providing me with daily updates just to let me know they haven't forgot about it and are chasing BT as best they can.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Unbelieveable.
Just migrated to BE after 6 years with Virgin, the last 18 months being particularly miserable.

I didn't know I could even achieve speeds of 17000 kpbs on there 24Mbs unlimited plan!!
.
This is the first time I've even been able to succesfully get online after 4pm in months !!

Absolutely outstanding.

Titan had a few issues with there phone systems of late but sen an email into them and asked about there LLU services and i have used the new LLu service for 2 days and it blows any supplier i have used out the water i get a nice 22meg speed and 2.5mbs upload speed.
I cant belive it its really great.

Not sure what is happening at the moment, but they are not answering emails nor do they have a working telephone. Maybe I am just 'unlucky' but over the last 3 months I have had a lot of trouble contacting them. Very frustrating, as otherwise they are brilliant. Fingers crossed this is temporary.

Month after month of rock solid 16mb connection and all for under £20,doesnt get better than this.If your speed is rubbish then it's all down to the BT network,Titan's LLU is absolutely faultless !!!!!!

Used NTL Cable Tiscali adsl virgin adsl ect all put to shame by titan amazing speed and priced packages virgin adsl claimed my connection was fine getting 250ms ping in online games titan instantly dropped it to sub 50ms at same connection speed yeeeha
customer service is best ive experienced regraded twice and all done within minutes of emailing with a peronal response and no silly 12 18 or 24 month contract
if Carlsberg made ISPs......... they couldnt beat TitanADSL.

Just moved from Tiscali, which were a disgrace, poor service, slower than dial-up speeds etc. Titan are a breath of fresh air. The best ISP I've ever had from Tiscali, Bulldog, TalkTalk and Pipex. Superb help from Abs, David and the team, always phone you straight back and quick response from emails. I'm now getting a pretty constant 19mbs connection, which is as fast as my line will allow. Low pings around 11-18ms for gaming and no port blocking, which make this a great all round package. Top n ...

thank god titan got a new network away from there old supplier entnaet.
Like the previous reviewer i too have clocked up 300-400gb in a month and still get full speed and all i can say is titan keep up the good work.

This ISo has to be commended due to the fact enatnet has let them down badly.
I contacted Titan ADSL 3 weeks ago regarding my mac key and was ready to leave but they asked me if i would try there new LLU unlimited service and it has been brilliant just brilliant.
my speed now is 14,775 with 1,205 upload and my pings are so much better comparred to entanet i have downloaded 200Gb without any marks like entanet did for downloading too much and there new product is very good.

I switched a week ago from eclipse which cost me 20 gbp and speed and service were average to say the least.
eclipse flagged my account above fair use w/o any warning at all and capped the service for over a week to a few kb/s. The minimum I expect is a warning and for 20GBP a month it is in the upper quartile.
I use my connection for work so I switched.

The transition was perfect, no interrupton noted, TitanADSL kept me posted etc, their offices was reachable in less than a minute and answered ...

Just coming up to the end of my second month with Titan ADSL and absolutely no problems at all.

I've not even lost my connection within those two months, unlike my previous ISP Entanet, which would disconnect at least every day.
When i was on Entanet i was recieving 6Meg and on TitanS LLU service i get around 11Meg.

Signed up on 7th July (via web site) from Titan ADSL . I contacted Entanet today (20th July) and they have not even been passed the order. Furthermore, Titan have no operational sales numbers(so called technical fault)for last 10 days and are not answering emails. Decided to go with them because of the good reviews but clearly a big mistake. I work from home and need Broadband for my business. So have had to stay in rented accomodation as no broadband yet available at my new home.

Been with Titan ADSL for 8 months now always been spot on; no throughput or latency issues, sync rate still v. good for my attenuation, nice and reliable, stable, rock solid.

Support are always quick to respond and oblige when I want to tweak my line settings.

All in all a superb enthusiast ISP! Keep it comin'

Titan ADSL seems to be the only ISP that offers truly "unlimted", downloads, The ADSL+2 technolgy they use enables my router to sync at a constant 16921 kbps on a 30db Line Atenuation, which gives a 85% real world download speed of 15mb, the only " Limits" are your hard drive space! Im am so chuffed with "Titan" after a horrendous year stuck with BTs Option 3 package, I Threw a party when my contract was up! BT Constantly Capped my line every evening so i couldnt download anything and my router ...

Moved over from F2S which was going down the pan with Tiscali after years of being superb. Chose Titan because of good reviews. Good move. Great speed and great service. When I have to phone them (and that's when I need help ie not their fault) they are helpful and friendly. They also keep me up to date with developments. I cannot fault them and, so, I recommend them very highly. It's worth the few extra pounds.

I decided that I had enough of Talk Talk and was going to go with a high quality provider, and therefore chose Titan ADSL. They were revising their packages just when I was ordering, so they explained that and asked me to hold off for a couple of days before they got things up and running. They provided a very personal service, and I got to talk to 'real people', not the usual script reading telephone monkeys. ISPs can be summed up in 4 simple words - pay peanuts, get monkeys.Titan ADSL isn't the cheapest ISP around, and they never will be. BUT...day or night, my ping speed is between 22 and 26ms pretty much anywhere, and my router syncs at about 6.5MB/s, day or night. I find my monthly allowance is sufficient for my needs as well.The support staff are a credit to Titan as a business. Efficient and proactive to the end. I have only had 2 issues, both of which were congestion at my telephone exchange. ...
