“Time changes and airport changes”

Completely disappointed in Vietnam airlines. We firstly have had time changes which meant I had to go to London one day before and book an hotel. They then changed the time again, where it wasn't necessary for me to go the night before. I had already made this reservation of the hotel and had to pay additional £140 for changes made to my connector flight. The airline then changed the departure airport. “Better to go direct to the airline”

I was directed to this site from Kayak to book a business class flight from Manchester to Melbourne. Yes the price was good, and yes the booking was made, but queries after that received contradictory or non relevant answers. Email replies showed a poor command of English and a telephone enquiry received a completely opposite reply to an email. “Customer service is dipping”

I have used Travelup since 2011 and their service was certainely better then than now. I Normally book with them 3 to six times in a year for both myself and friends. The service I have received recently has left me feeling I would not like to use them again. I have asked myself if it is worth me giving them my business in the first place. “Poor flight experience. Lost luggage, wrong information.”

Prior to our holiday we noticed on our eticket with Air France that there was zero luggage allowance paid for. We emailed Travelup on 25/9/14 asking what our luggage allowance was. “changed price after I had paid”

FLIGHT TRAVEL TICKETS This site does not send you the tickets right after you pay. I did not know that when I paid. They only send you a confirmation saying that they will send you the ticket when they are open. After I had paid for the ticket, I received this message: "Please be informed that we are unable to issue the Ticket due to technical issue with the Airline system & now same flight is not possible. Flights altered. Communications poor - not returning em ails and not answering questions. A reminder to read the small print when using these folk and realise that you are not booking for sure but just in the vague hope that there may be some flights which correspond to the booking. It wsa clear that the service which i consider to be really poor is considered good by this company which is why I will not use them again… Read Full Review

I canceled my flight, wait 11months for my refund, until now still get my refund, alway give me excuse, such a poor company, even said that they already give me the refund, to where? Just purchased my ticket today, without reading any reviews on this company. Checked my email, confirmation and sticker all came the same day, literally 30 minutes apart. So I decide to check my booking and Lo' and behold, invalid surname and booking ref. kept trying and still all invalid. I booked a flight to South America three weeks ago and after two weeks of not receiving my e ticket (or any response to my emails) I began calling. Twice a day. Three times a day. My rep was quite often was unavaiable to speak... taking a lunch break at 16.00 (?!). When I did eventually speak to him, he explained that the airline had "double booked" my flights and so they were attempting to find me space on the flight. This company is unbelievable - they do not hae a clue what customer service is and repeat business means nothing to them obviously
Is anyone still awaiting a reund for flights cancelled by Airlines over Xmas at Heathrow. It is wonderful how quick they can take your money - in a flash on line but I'm still awaiting a refund from 19th Dec for a flight cancelled by the Airline due to adverse weather at Heathrow. Be very very careful. I didn't read the reviews and i wish i had. My advice to anyone hoping to deal with this company is don't. You may get a cheap deal but could end up like i did getting stranded in Shanghai. A hotel room was supposedly arranged by the airline but neither the airline or Travel up seemed to have any clue. I had to spend the night in the airport terminal, lucky I didn't have kids with me. I called them from Shanghai and they promised to call back but didn't. They don't know… Read Full Review
