Hi I confirm this is not an isolated case.
This site will take your money to book a flight. But if you need any assistance or change to your booking trouble starts.
7 days after my cancellation request on a trip, 5emails and 8 phone calls, I am still awaiting feedback. I never got anyone on the phone and only got an answer on email once every 2 emails. Answers are always poorly drafted and do not address the request.
The customer service lines always lead to voicemail. There seems to be No one in the offices, but then you will get random email at 9PM .

Do not book with this company as they will rip you off should you need to make any changes to your flight details, company want to charge me an extra £800 to change the dates of my flight from December 2017 to March 2018. Totally unreasonable charges as airline has confirmed they charge £150 pp to change flight but Travel Up stated airline charge £275 pp ??? where does the difference go !!!! Hi Bell,

I confirm I had the same experience, TravelUP has been trying to 'cash in' from a travel change. And if only they could give you a quick and straight answer.
This online agent has rogue behaviours and rips its clients off whenever it can.

If I could have given minus stars I would. Tried to book their advertised flights to Orlando. Credit card rejected twice, so contacted bank who advised it was Travel up who had rejected payment. When I contacted them regarding the flights they advertised they said they were now £150 more per person !! “Do not be tempted by cheap flights!”

I booked return flights the Kathmandu , Nepal via Istanbul, Turkey. The prices were good but from the beginning i had to send numerous emails to even receive my e tickets. Later, the flight details were changed and once again i found myself chasing them for an e ticket.
