this company are faceless and when you do track them down they are c-o-n merchants who tell lies, please don't make the mistake i made, make sure you book with a well known reputable company...avoid this company like the plague. “NEVER book with Travelup”

Never book with Travelup, ESPECIALLY long haul flights. We booked a return flight to Tokyo for our honeymoon. Flight out was BA and flight back was supposed to be JAL from Narita Airport to London Heathrow. Towards the end of our trip, we tried to check in online 24 hours before, as instructed by Travelup. “BEWARE Price increased after paid”

Price on the website shown 1022 pounds but after I filled in my card details and paid for the flights - it's increased to 1029.51 pounds for no reason. There was no insurance or any other add-on options and I didn't use VISA debit (no surcharge). How can they debited more money that the amount set out in the previous page?? “TravelUp travel agents- Awful, Awful, Awful”

Undeserving of even one star. Now, when you book and pay for flights with a travel agent, you sort of expect to go don't you? Especially, when you double check your itinerary on the website the day before, and print out your e-tickets displaying status 'confirmed'. Not so, with TravelUp. Worst agency ever. They took my money for flights that didn't exist. They refused, point blank to help with their mistake. When I said I was going to drive to their offices the response was "if you step into out office I will knock you out and kill you" he then hung up on me. Travelup is the worst company I have ever dealt with for booking a holiday. They didn’t inform me of a change in my flight which meant that we missed a flight and had to pay for another one. Skyscanner identified this firm as having the cheapest price for a forthcoming trip from London to Melbourne, so I 'booked' with them. “Avoid this company as they will treat you like...”

I purchased two return tickets for Jakarta Indonesia from Travel-Up on 23/12/12. The Airline was Qatar Airways which is a good airline. The departure date was 24th February 13. Fourteen days before departure I received an email from Travel up informing me my outbound flight had been canceled because all the new Bowing dreamliners had been grounded world-wide because of all the problems the planes had been having since they were launched only months before. “Dreadfull”

Booked a flight with Travel Up 8 months in advance to Zambia then found out 4 months later from a friend that the flight had been cancelled. Travel Up confirmed it had been cancelled but only offered me an alternative flight to Johannesburg leaving me to find a connecting slight for the rest of the journey myself at an additional £500 cost. “Shocking Customer Services ”

Called earlier to try and resolve an issue I had with my return ticket. I got through to an adviser. He didn't let me finish my question started shouting and then when asked to explain why he was being so rude he put the phone down. Worst people I have ever spoke to. The flights sold are very poorly organised and the chances are that the transits will cause you problems and may even be forced to buy another ticket like I was due to them advertising and selling misleading flights. “The company is not helping the customers to save money”

Travel up offered a great flight price and so I booked the flight with them. After booking, they told me the airline cancelled one of the connection flight, and they charged me more for the fare difference. I thought this was not fair because the flight itself costs no more than £150, where the company charged me £260 (they said £254 at first and charged me more). “Never AGAIN will I book with this site.”

I booked a round trip with the return 4 months apart. My original flight had one stop over for approximately 1.5 hours. One month later, they rebooked the flight with a 9 hour stopover. I refused and told them to modify the flights - this occurred three times. Eventually, they said they would rebook to my desired time and get back to me. Their website crashes just before confirming payment but payment can still made without your knowledge and they don't even send a you confirmation email. “worst travel agency ever! ”

sold me a flight that was completely unfeasible. The flight was via NYC but into one airport and out of another with not enough time given to transfer between airports to make the connection. I was uninformed of this complication when I made the booking, only realised it later. When I tried to get the flights ammended they were extremely unhelpful, saying it was my fault for making the booking, not theirs for selling me an unreasonable connection! I have booked twice using travel up but in both cases they had to change my flight times and asked me to pay extra if I wanted to keep the same times. Their excuse was that they have offered a lower price on their website for the tickets that I bought!!!!! How is that my problem!!! I would definitely not recommend them to a foe let alone a friend.
