Im not sure why I would be asked to write a review about my experience with your company and its staff and then be told that I cant name the person, surely you would want to give them some training!! I booked a flight with Travelup as their prices are very attractive; however be WARNED !!! They did not book my flight, nor did they contact and it wasn't until I rang them all became clear I called Travelup after noticing that my e-mail confirmation detailed " This is only your booking confirmation and NOT your e-ticket receipt. “Unhelpful, total lack of transparency.”

They took their time sending me my e-ticket. It had no proper check-in times. Lost a flight because of undisclosed connection times required and other important informations like the fact that I had to pick up and re-check my luggage. Asked for help for re-booking return flights with similar problems but they were seriously unhelpful. They did not really bother to find alternatives for the hellish flights I bought from them. If you have a choice - NEVER book with Travelup. Pay little bit more and have a peace of mind. I have booked a flight to New Zealand with them and when contacted the airlines it turns out my itinerary has been cancelled! After battling them for over a week, they finally admitted that it was the error on their side and as a compensation I got lame apology and further delays with re-booking my flight. Never ever again will I use this incompetant company.I booked well in advance and the paperwork told me to ring 72 hourse before the flight which I did. First of all I phone and the man says it's because it the weekend you have not received you e ticket, I wait till Monday... Still no E -ticket. I phone up asking again and the man says you should get it by 4pm, it's now 5pm I phone up again and I explain my story the man says there was an error, I will get a call back in one hour. TravelUp are refusing to refund any of the money I paid for my flights. I have called and emailed them multiple times to no avail. The last time I called I was told that I had not sent any emails or called them at all, and the person I spoke to called me a liar. I will never, ever use this business again, and I recommend that nobody reading this review uses them either. “Terrible service and BIG disappointment”

I was planning to go on a dream holiday to South America. After searching the net for the best prices I book my tickets with Travel Up ( big mistake). I never heard of them before but I used similar websites before and didn't have any problems. I received their confirmation reference and start waiting for the tickets. AVOID! booked a flight with 2 connections then realized there was not nearly enough time to catch connecting flights. Not one bit interested saying it was my fault for buying the ticket. Staff were rude and aggressive, Sure enough ended up missing the 2nd and 3rd flight and had to buy another ticket from Hong Kong to Manila. Our flights were cancelled by Air France due to a pilots strike in September 2014, we were told by Air France that we we are entitled for a full refund from our booking agent. We tried to get a full refund but were told that we would be charged £100 admin fee per ticket, and if we did not accept their terms we would not get a refund, so we were being held at ransom to get our own money back. When buying a ticket, the company will not tell you if the ticket is refundable or not, until you call them if you need to. I have submitted a feedback on FeeFo, someone replied to me stating that she is the "Admin/Customer Service Manager" of Travelup, but when I contacted them, they referred me to a man who claimed that he is the Customer service manager.
